and thus one's lungs. The Clean Station is 60 cm tall handsome box of matching colour to the Jet90 Charging Stand which can stand next to the Charging Stand. It has to be near the power point and plugged in to power it. Inside the Station, the cover of which is easily opened, is a dust bag and a Premotor Filter and Ultra Dust Filter. Once the dust bag is full the product status indicator outside the unit turns to red. The Clean Station comes with a special dust bin which is slightly smaller that that found on Jet90. The bottom of the bin opens automatically when the bin is inserted into the Station. It has to be closed manually once the operation is over. Not a big deal. As in Jet90, all filters in the dust bin are washable. The operation involves the user detaching the dust bin from Jet90 itself and inserting it into the Cleaning Unit. It is a bit noisy but the dust is sucked in within a couple of seconds, leaving the bin completely empty and you wondering why other manufacturers have not thought of someting like this. The plastic bin is washable. Obviously the bag has to be replaced once full. The machine is supplied with three bags. Five bags cost about $25. After vacuuming our three bedroom house there was plenty of room in the bag. Someone suggested that it may take couple of month to fill the bag. Needless to say that it would depend on frequency of vacuum cleaning. What a wonderful product. Fully recommended particularly if you manage to negotiate discount.
