Failed with in 1hr and poor warranty – Lasted 1 hr before blue screen, just finished loading Netflix etc onto it, did the restart and it’s all over. Samsung was about as much help as a concrete block in water, non, zero, zilch. The place we bought it even worse. Had 4 Samsung TV’s and 50% have failed under warranty, there won’t be a 5th.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $3,900.
Samsung 8K 75" - Very disappointed – We upgraded our TV to the latest Samsung 8K and decided to go bigger to a 75". While watching the TV we noticed that it reflected the downlights so we were getting lines through the show we were watching. The only was we could stop this was by sitting in a dark room which is not ideal because we couldn't even see the remote without using our phone light. Contracted support and all they were interested in was tell us that the TV is not faulty (which is not what we are disputing) we just want some sort of solution!!!!! Didn't get any help from Samsung.....Very disappointed
However we contacted JB Hi-Fi and they couldn’t do enough to sort out our issue. They replaced our tv picked up the original one and installed the new one. Again a Samsung but this one is perfect.

4K vs 8K – I initially bought a Samsung 65" 4K TV. It's Picture Quality was Excellent. Sound Quality was not an Issue as I had a Marantz Receiver and Bose Speaker's. It developed a pixelation issue after approximately 2 years. Samsung sent 2 Tech guys out to see what was wrong. They immediately stated that I was entitled to a new TV. I elected to spend an additional $200 and go for an 8K 65". When I Installed this TV on it's wall bracket, I must admit that the Picture looked Bizarre. Whether it was my mind endeavouring to unscramble this increase in pixels or something else, I was unsure. It looked unnatural. It still does 2 Years on.
