Big HD screen, Smart TV, easy control, works well – 51" inch Samsung Plasma TV. Basic options available and not much options, 1 HDMI and 2 USB ports. Pretty heavy, NOT LED, easy controls not complex, good picture quality, good sound quality. I found one really cheap $400 which is nothing compared to the original price, am happy with the purchase. One great feature is you can turn off picture while something playing on tv. Show details ·  1

Do not buy this TV – The TV has a good picture but I should have listen to the comments made about the power supply. After 12 months it failed and after asking for a new product they just replaced it. Guess what it failed for the second and third time. Do not buy. Will never buy Samsung again.

Rubbish TV and company. Powerboard issues – I have had to replace the powerboard twice in 5 years. Both powerboard replacements have been through Samsung premium service. I no longer have confidence in the Samsung brand. I have a Samsung washing machine, fridge and a 75 inch QLED TV, however, I am concerned that they will be on the scrap heap within a few years. Don't buy Samsung unless you… Read more

want poor build quality and servicing. Their products do not last, save your money and go to JBHIFI and buy a generic brand.

Unreliable products, DON'T BUY SAMSUNG – TV will not work due to faulty power supply board. Do a google search for "faulty samsung tv power supply" and you'll find thousands of pages of complaints. Products are expensive but built to fail soon after warranty period, and samsung will tell you to buy another one of their TVs to replace it. Good luck with that. Never buying samsung again.  Show details

Best TV i have ever owned – Have owned for over 4 years now and this is by far the best TV i have ever owned. For sport and gaming there is nothing that comes close. I have 6 TV's in my house and i wish i they were all like my Samsung Plasma.

Excellent TV , no problems at all after 4 years – I bought this Samsung TV more than four years ago. I have never had any problems whatsoever. Excellent with HDMI. Clear picture all the time. Very reliable. I thoroughly recommend this TV.

Rip off! Useless CS, bad products – I bought from the good guys bendigo for $1800 on 6/11/2013. On 21/08/2014, there was lines down the screen, contact samsung, got fixed. And on April 2015, the TV completely broken. I contact Samsung, still have no reply from their Customer Service until today ( as they promise to send technician to service/repair the TV ) . I will never ever buying Samsung products anymore.

Great tv and well worth the money – Greatest tv i have ever owned and there is nothing bad about the quality!! No matter what Angle we are sitting at to the side or far or close up it is clear as day! The tv was a beast to get onto the wall becasue of size and weight but it looks great. The sound with it as stock is fairly good also, even though we did hook up a system to be better. Video games work flawless and no lag time in the graphics.

Samsung Smart TVs have software bugs – My Samsung Smart TV developed a small but annoying software bug, it would not download SBS On Demand TV online. Under warranty Samsung upgraded the software. That extended the problem to virtually all apps and made the online wifi connection unstable. Three separate Samsung service engineer visits later they had replaced the wifi hub and the main… Read more

board. This rendered the whole TV useless. No wifi facility, no free to air TV. The unit is useless. Samsung say they can't fix it but won't replace it. Samsung service took a small problem and made it total. They destroyed the TV.

Now they want to SELL me a replacement TV at an inflated RRP of about $2150, (its out of date and can be bought for between $1260 and $1600 at retailers) with a credit for my original set, which was fine and still under warranty. I end up $1,100 out of pocket, plus no TV for 7 weeks so far. This is a take it or leave it offer from Samsung. The customer service people behave like corporate thugs.

So, Samsung Smart TVs have software bugs they can't fix. Samsung service engineers are incompetent. Samsung warranty is worthless. Samsung customer service representatives behave like thugs and will try to rip you off. Samsung Australia is commercially immoral and dishonest. I cannot believe my experience with this company. They really don't have a place in Australian business.

Don't buy Samsung. If you have a problem you are in trouble. They don't give a hoot about customers. You have been warned.
