Thoroughly Disappointed – I bought this lens after reading countless professional reviews and countless customer reviews. And yet, when I started using it, it was a major disappointment. I bought it to do some real estate photography i.e. interiors of homes to use with my Canon 6D. While the manual focusing is not bad and gives good corner to corner focus, there are too many distortions within the lens. Towards the centre, there is a barreling effect, but towards the edges, there is a pincushion effect. At the right edge, there is uneven S-shaped distortion. In short, correcting the distortion with conventional means is not possible.

In retrospect, I wish I had bought a name-brand. But that would have been 10 times more expensive. Since I bought it on-line, I am hesitant to return it as the replacement might be even worse.

Samyang 14mm – I bought this lens after reading many reviews. At first I was disappointed with the focusing. Then I realised I could use AV mode to set focus using live view, then switch back to manual. This is a full manual lens and takes a lot of getting used to. Even after two weeks use I am still getting used to it. Well built solid lens. $2000 cheaper than comparable auto lens. Aperture ring clicks firmly. Hard to find perfect focus. I expect this is a limitation of my experience rather than a fault with the lens.
