Sandleford USB lighter is terrible!!! Faulty from day one. No ignition after charge. Waste of money.
Terrible don't bother – Bought the Sandleford safe and as I was trying to get my passport out for a holiday I got an error message saying E-bAr so I call the 1300 number the lovely lady checks with the technician and advised that I need to take it back to Bunnings so now I have to pay for a handyman to come and take it out of the ground so I can take it back to Bunnings as the technicians don't know how to assist. What a joke!!
Totally rusted out in 18 months – Bought the Sandleford mailbox from Bunnings 3 years ago. It rusted out in 18 months. Bought the same box again 18 months later thinking it was just a bad batch. Rusted out within 18 months. They should advise that these are only suitable for indoor use.

spoke with Tom who was very accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the issue on the call, asked for some photos be emailed and gave his direct contact details. After sending that, I got a prompt reply back - a replacement part is on the way in today's mail. All this within the same morning. No charge for the part, postage or anything. How often does this happen? Impressed!
Sandleford USB Lighter – I found this item searching the web and it's very easy to use, takes no strength at all to light my gas stove as the peizo buttons have both broken. I can't work the trigger on the butane filled flame guns and this one is powered by a battery and can be charged with the supplied USB cable on my computer. I wish the flexible neck was a bit longer but that's the only drawback.
Very bad service – I was interested in Sandleford's Karbon Colossus Premium Anti Theft Safe. They are not stocked in stores but can be ordered from Officeworks and delivered directly to you. the answer that lead me to buying it (at $599) but when it arrived, it did not have the holes where I was assured it would. I emailed the person again and got no reply. I tried to call and got no answer so I also wrote (snail mail) to the company but they have completely ignored me. So, basically, they gave incorrect information about their product which is not available for viewing anywhere, leading me to buy it, took my money, delivered it different to how I was assured it was, making it so I can't install it. And, they have decided to keep my money without even responding to my attempts to correspond about a fix to the problem. Nor, has there been an apology. This is what I would call the worst of service.
