and angle. And the children looking uncomfortable (stunned mullets) with the images appearing blurry, showing shadows on faces.

Considering the cost, especially for the digital versions (which are excessively priced for a USB stick containing only individual photos), you would expect more care to be taken in capturing these moments. The director of the centre has escalated this issue and thankfully plans not to use their services in the future.

Gorgeous children photos – Once again Sandpit photos of captured amazing and smiling photos of my son! Every year his photos have come out so adorable and happy! They work very well with small children to be able to bring out these bright smiles!!

Outstanding job – The images taken were absolutely outstanding. Our children's portraits were captured with dynamic angles, showcasing their best features. We will definitely be engaging their services again. Our kids look incredibly happy and cheerful in the photographs.

Horrible – My son got his school photos done through these guys most of them is face is white as ghost because of sunlight but now have to pay extra to get horrible quality photos on my phone

School pics – We are very happy with how our child's school photos turned out. They managed to capture some fabulous photos and we absolutely love them. Would definitely recommend using these guys.

Hit and miss – We’ve had our daycare photos taken by these guys on 2 different occasions at 2 different daycares. experienced in making a child feel comfortable or something? You also have to prepurchase so if the photos don’t turn out as expected it’s seems pointless chasing them up. The next time they came I opted out and funnily enough our daycare has changed photographers this year thankfully! I give them 2 stars because the photos we did receive appeared high quality but more effort into making the child smile would be great

Photos didn’t turn out as expected and didn’t get a refund as promised – Sandpit photos were hired but the daycare however the pictures were not good and perhaps our child was too intimidated. The payment had to be made prior to the images being taken. I’m viewing pics and providing feedback that we were not happy they asked us to return the pics for a refund. It’s been 1.5 months since this conversation, no refund issued and they have been non responsive to calls and emails. Will never go with them Again .

Disappointing photos – Very unprofessional. Photos where blurry. Had a horrible yellow tinge over them which made there teeth yellow. Inappropriate comments where made. Disappointed because you pay for bad photos or miss out.

Baby photo recommendation – Recommended for baby photo shoots. The baby's facial expressions and actions are very natural. Very satisfied. Baby's expression is so lovely I filmed this year as well as last year. I plan to shoot next year.

Great job from the professionals – We really loved the photos of our son , especially the one with the whole school group with friends and teachers. They could capture in image a very memorable fase for my son's history. We highly recommend SANDPITPHOTOS. Thank you.

Couldn't be happier with our photos! – We are so incredibly happy with our little ones preschool photos! Kelly was so patient and professional with our very shy little girl but she managed to bring out her light! We'd highly recommend Sandpit Photography to any early childcare centre. Couldn't be happier!

Great! – They just started at my son’s kindergarten this year and there’s a very noticeable difference compared to previous years - the photographers were friendly and the photos turned out great. I’ll be ordering a bigger package next time!

Beautiful Photos – We have had photos done by Sandpit for the last couple of years and we loved the photos and the photographer was very sweet with the kids. Would recommend for beautiful, professional photos.

DayCare Pics are disappointing – Disappointed for 3rd time in a row!!!I remember 4 years ago, they had done such splendid job with pics. Ever since, the quality has deteriorated. I can see there is no passion whatsoever! they take pics for the heck of it to rope parents into it. It sad to see so many parents fall into the trap with guilt.

Great service and photos – Great professionalism and I loved the pics of my kids!! I also loved the group photo of both my children. I liked how it was outdoors with nice lighting and sunshine.

Unprofessional – Purchased a Kindy photo pack and had the worst experience with this company. Very disappointed, the photographers were nice but i got actual photos were totally different. Their service was terrible and so rude! Wouldn’t recommend

The worst child photography ever!!!!! – Obviously no care/interest is taken when taking photos! Has made my child look horrible! They turned a cute handsome 2 year old into an ugly 40years old man! I do not understand how could they make this so bad!!! I demand the group photo to be replaced!!! This is my son final year with current ELC, all his classmates would have the horrible photo of my son forever!

Family Portraits – We had a fun, easy session of photos with the photographers from Sandpit, they were amazing with our kids, professional and in no time we were all done! Would definitely recommend them and price wise really fair for all what you get!!!

Natural Photography! – Our photos were so well & professionally taken, the photographer was delightful with the kids, they took their own time to make to create a friendly environment. The results were amazing!!!

Out of focus images – Sandpit Photos did my kids childcare photos. Received them today and they are awful. Most are out of focus and badly posed. Such a shame we won't have "school" photos for the kids this year. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Rushed and amateur – Not worth the $200+ that we paid for our family package. Out of all the photos taken, there is only 3 good ones. Faces are slightly blurred, angles of the frame is poor and photographer has obviously not checked for all subjects looking at camera before approving. Emailed regarding my dissatisfaction and still have not had a reply or an apology. Very poor standard and highly unprofessional

Wonderful! – What a great company! Friendly photographers & when i had small (fussy) issue with a print they fixed & reprinted for me. Also great incentives for the centre. Recommend to any centre

Sandpit Photos - wholeheartedly would not recommend – Sandpit photos came to my daughters school. On the class photo, they spelt two of the children's names incorrectly (common names not unusual). My experience of Sandpit photos was negative from start to finish. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

There are some great businesses that do school photos of children, the team at KR Photography are fantastic for example.

In conclusion, Sandpit Photos never did send our the corrected photograph nor did they refund us. Quality of the photos was fine Owner cannot take negative feedback even when undeniably justified
