Remove the paper filter and it won’t keep shutting off – Thank you to Stephen for his review. We took the paper filter out as he had done and it has stopped shutting off every 5 seconds. It’s working great now. The paper filter is inside the silver holder. Once removed, a whole lot of red outback dust came out. Gave it a tap and popped it back in. What a difference! Show details

Vacuum was shutting off after 5 seconds – My new vacuum was shutting off after 5 seconds on high power. Took the filter out and found there is a small corrugated paper filter inside it. Cleaned this and it goes fine. Show details

Total garbage – Bought it new,doesn’t even suck up dead flies,then press onto high power ,and shuts down every 5 seconds.Took back and got a replacement,firstly wouldn’t charge,had to stuff a tissue in charging dock to line up tabs,worked 5 times,now it shuts down every 5 seconds. Not for cars!!!! – Asked for 12V car vacuum at Godfreys. Was sold this one only to realise later that it says in on line manual "for indoor domestic use only". Warning label on back of machine says there is a risk of fire and burns. Why the hell are they selling this???? Show details

A great little helper – We recently purchased a new velvet covered lounge setting and have two cats and a dog. While we try to keep the suite covered with throw rugs and the like, the pets find their way on to the furniture.
