Very helpful – Had it installed by our van manufacturer and couldn’t get a Bluetooth connection from day one. Made a phone call to Savvy and had immediate support. A great experience and a great product. I wish I had one sooner – I love the savvy level as I can find level really quickly and the other winner is knowing the hitch height which makes backing on to the tow ball so so easy. day by Eustathios. He thought he knew what the problem was and asked me to send the savvy level to him to look at. He called me to let me know the fuse in the savvy level had shorted out, which was exactly as he predicted. He replaced the fuse and mailed it back to me to the where we were staying on our trip and didn’t charge for the repairs. The fault was caused at my end not savvy levels but Eustathios fixed the problem without any fuss and the service was fantastic.

Doesn’t do what it is supposed too – No matter how many times I re-zero the calibration on level ground and then go to a new site it shows to be way off level. I get my level out and the caravan is level. Show details

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – I have fitted the savvy level in the front box of my caravan about 1.5meters from the back of the car I can’t get a good connection to my phone from the savvy level while sitting in the driver’s seat, so a wast of time I set it so the van would be level, got my partner to hold it outside the car and it still didn’t end up level NOT HAPPY

Savvy level failed after one month – I installed the product with external housing according to directions and found the external housing failed keeping water out after just a month , I had a few emails back and forth trying to diagnose the issue with Savvy and they asked for me to post the product back, I also provided a prepaid satchel to post back the item. This is an excellent product and does exactly as advertised. I have mounted it on my draw bar using the Savvy weatherproof case. Phone can sit in my cradle as I level the van. The Bluetooth range is excellent. Should have bought this months ago! Thanks for a great product. Show details

Great product – Very easy to install. Has made the set up of the van a lot easier. I have used bubble levels with success before, though the savvy level is very accurate. Don't worry about the bubble – We have had it on our van for 3 years now, it is one of the best things we fitted. Check my sideways level when we pull up with a quick remedy with plastic ramps if more than 1 degree and then end to end level with jockey wheel watching the level on the app. Dead easy. Great Product, as good as the advertising says it is....and it's Australian – I have been using Savvy Level for about 18 months now and it is really as good as the advertising says it is. It's simple and easy to use and very accurate. We have a 7m motorhome and Savvy Level combined with Aussie Blocks is invaluable. Brilliant technology – Was so impressed with this SavvyLevel. First I thought it would not help much but boy was I wrong! I can now level my Kokoda van to our favourite level in about a minute! And I do it by myself! Brilliant and friendly staff too! Well worth it for sure!  Show reply

Should have installed this device years ago - would have made life a lot easier – Savvy Level - how come I didn't know about this little big of magic earlier. too). I did have some trouble getting it to connect to my phone initially so I contacted Savvy Level support. They rang me back within 24 hours and went through the process on Face Time with me. Turns out I'd downloaded the wrong app 'Doh' Once I had the correct app on my phone it took less than a minute to set up. I couldn't be more impressed on the device and the service that I received from these guys. Two regrets - Firstly I should've had this little bit of magic years ago and secondly I wish I could give Savvy Level more than 5 stars. Thanks SavvyLevel - love your work

Savvy Level install and support – Very happy with the simplicity of the device and the performance of the app. Had a slight issue with the install due to an error made by the caravan maintenance guy I booked for the install but Savvy Level support jumped to assist and even sent out one of their team to help who resolved the issue within minutes. Awesome gadget! – SavvyLevel is a great little device. It makes leveling the caravan so easy. I pull in to my site, open the app and immediately I can see if the van is level. saves my hitch height and you can zero it at any point so if you’re like me and prefer to be slightly higher at the head end of your bed, you can set that as your zero first time and then level to that from then on. SavvyLevel is brilliant, I recommend it to everyone who has a caravan or camper, you won’t ever regret it. After sales support is amazing, super friendly and helpful. There’s no reason to hesitate.

having intermittent connectivity issues. It temporarily improved the situation, but the issues returned. I rang Savvy Support and after going through the check list, I was asked by Eustathios to return the SavvyLevel unit for testing. I received a phone call the same morning it was received by SavvyLevel informing me the unit was functioning but was asked about my setup in the van. From this it was determined there was a Bluetooth conflict with my smart lithium batteries. As my unit was out of warranty, I was prepared to buy a new unit as I consider the unit an essential (marriage saving) piece of kit for the van. Without asking, Eustathios told me he was sending me a replacement unit (including a replacement external fitting kit), free of charge. I bought this unit as it is an Australian Company and I am very happy I did. Their after-sale service speaks for itself. I've had the original unit for 2½ years, it was out of warranty and they still supported me and the product. I cannot recommend them enough.

was advised a week later after I retuned the unit by the Savvy Level Engineer they were going to send me a new unit to replace my old one for free. This is an Australian Company and their after-sale service speaks for itself. I've had this product for 10yrs and they still supported me and the product. Cannot recommend them enough.
