Scent of Ganges

Similar to other people. Placed order for $50 worth tealight candles which is actually all I wanted and $50 worth of incense to support small business AND I tipped them, can you believe it? I received the crappy incense in an untracked envelope with stamps all over it WITHOUT the candles. Emailed numerous times. No response. Will be following up with bank. Do not buy from these scammers!

I ordered tea lights from sent of Ganges on the 26th February and they told me the package was lost in the mail. I still havent received anything & I have asked for a tracking number and an updated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

transaction with my bank now and will not be using this site again due to both times receiving poor outcome.

They never sent my order and said it was lost in the warehouse, replied to one email stating they would send it again, and then have since stopped replying or providing any tracking information etc. I’ve had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Don’t order from here.

another 24 hours email states refund can take up to 10 days. Already they have had my money for 7 days. I emailed and said I would go to ACCC and all relevant customer representatives.

Didn't post my item for three weeks after purchase. Initially supplied incorrect tracking info, then after weeks of requesting correct info & them assuring me it had been collected by auspost, only then did they supply correct info which proved it hadn't been sent at all. Rude af, avoid

there is no contact number I seen that there company is in Yennora NSW I'm only 20 minutes didn't even get tracking updates only pending on dispatched for days very irritating the company has unethical behaviour towards there customers sick of chasing up my order will be contacting the bank

I have placed and paid for an order mid September this year. Have not received the order, the only contact is via email- I have sent two emails with nil response from them. Poor business ethics, can't rate the product only the business based on this.

Can't contact! – Incense range is good and well priced however I tried to contact them via email about an exchange but no reply both times, they don't have a contact phone number either. Frustrating!
