I have been unhappy with my order. I still have not received my full order nor will anyone respond to me to fix it. This is scam do not buy these products!!!

Received my order right before Christmas. Order was missing half of what i paid for. Have sent multiple emails to the customer support email listed on the website and had not one reply. Also no where on the website does it state the item is not in australia, delivery took nearly 4 weeks!!!

Would be zero stars if available. False advertising don't fall for the website not an Australian company or alternative to Airup. Scent pods didn't arrive in the packaging as demonstrated on the Website. Sent from china as a Drop ship and cheap bottles sent complete scam.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered $184 worth of scent pods for the kids drinks bottles. A package arrived containing one lone pod! I have tried emailing them numerous times with absolutely no response. Do not order from this place!

eventually arrived on 28 December, which was too late for a Christmas gift and well beyond the expected delivery timeframe. I have since contacted the seller to arrange a return, again with no response. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller due to poor communication and unreliable delivery.

Absolutely appalling product and third rate company selling it. Product took well over the 10 days to be delivered (over 3 weeks), when it arrived I could see a large label had been ripped off the product box, and the residue attempted to be scratched off - looked SO poor. aside the product is absolutely awful, the "scent" tastes so synthetic and chemically we ended up throwing the lot out. Customer support does not exist, I emailed twice with no reply. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

What a waste of money! Bought the starter pack for a Xmas present. It still shows delivery 4-7 days, although it’s been over 2 weeks! 6 emails later…no response whatsoever! No delivery either. Stay clear, this is a big scam!

So disappointed i purchased a starter pack which was a bottle with the scented rings but i only received the bottle. Have tried emailing them multiple times over the last few weeks and have no response. Do not shop on this site.

I have tried contacting the company twice as the product I received is faulty. No response from them on either occasion. So I paid a lot for what is now a product I can’t use, unless I purchase the replacement items myself

Ordered the drink bottle and pods at Christmas 2024, the lid broke 6months later. Ordered a replacement over 4 weeks ago and still have not received. Sent many emails and they respond with the invalid tracking details...

a claim with PayPal that the seller responded saying they had fullfilled their end of the order and would not issue a refund or exchange. Thankfully PayPal supported my claim as a valid one and refunded me the money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

customer service multiple times hoping for a quick resolution but seller never responded. Overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better quality control and service. I won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

The flavours are very strange, not fruity, dud product. And very expensive! – The flavours are very weird. I bought two kits for two 9 year olds and they don't like the scents available - all are very weird. They don't even like the water bottles so that was $100 wasted.

Rip off and terrible customer service – Absolute rip off and a waste of money. Order came damaged and missing pieces. I have been ignored by the company and their admin team. Have to now go through the bank to try and get my money back.

Don’t Get all the Negative Comments – We got a ScentFlow set for our daughter, and she loves it! Not sure why the other comments have been so negative, it’s a fun way to help the kids stay healthy

Need to make buying replacement straws easy – Straw got mouldy within months, have e-mailed to buy replacement, but nobody will get back to me. No way to easily get a replacement straw so now the bottle and pods are useless.
