The company is ridiculous! – I ordered a school photo with everyone from every year level as a memory for me graduating year 12, since March/May 2018 and asked for it every month like literally. And now April 2019, I finally called them myself since my school won't do anything about it, they said they can only send a digital copy and only a photo of me not with my classmates. What a joke.

that's not the reason for the bad review - it's the photos. They are truly AWFUL; poorly printed. Every kid on the class page that isn't blonde has black hair... they all look bizarre! From our small to the large format photo, there is no definition or contrast in the hair, it looks like a big black blob - in fact, all the dark areas are black holes. Can't see even a shadow of brown in her eyes or her pupils, like in her Primary school photos, black pits instead... in the large format photo, it's actually a bit disturbing.

These are meant to be PROFESSIONAL photos, official school photos. They look like the were outputted at a corner chop shop on an uncalibrated el-cheapo copier on photo paper. I've ordered prints over the internet from my old mobile phone that looked better than these.

How on earth do they have the contract with our (or any) school?? My next email is to our Principal.

Never received pictures – I paid for three pictures back in 2016 through school snaps when my son was in kindy at good start and have never received them. I am very disappointed as it was my son's graduating year of kindy so last kindy photos ever before prep photos So devastated I never received them. Will I ever receive what I paid for.

Terrible service Never use this company – How dreadful the quality and service of this company. Ordered photos two months ago and have still not received them. When l have finally found a phone number to call l have been repeatedly told the same thing that the photos are STILL in the processing process.

Stay away – A very unprofessional company. Poor quality images and poor service. I feel sorry for parents of the children that are not provided other options for images of their children. 1 star too many

Terrible!! – I tried to access my photos just recently and was not able to find the login page. Emailed them to find out that they have deleted the accounts. to their website they backup photos at a data processing centre so not sure why I cannot obtain my photos if they have been backed up. They "apparently" told Goodstart what was to happen (which my centre did not know about). I will be putting in a complaint as I think it is ridiculous they cannot give me the photos or at least a refund. Stay away from these guys. Bad photos and bad service does not mix well.

school snaps it went to voice mail , But I did get return calls and got help on how to use the system.

School snaps aren't photograhers they never claimed to be ,they are a digital platform for secure collection and private distribution .The photographers engaged by schoolsnaps were private companies who performed photography for Goodstart and other day care facilities.

Dreadful – If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've taken better photos of my daughter, try insist on upfront payment before the photos are taken, and I've never received them. Upon chasing, I was told that they were dispatched and they would not resend. I have never received the photos. A waste of $50, which is a lot for me as a single mum. Stay away!!

Absolutely disgraceful photography and very expensive – I have taken better pics of my daughter with my phone. They even had to refund me part of the amount because they couldn't provide me with enough decent quality images. The lighting was pitiful and made my daughter look ill. product. This is the second year of being forced to pre-pay for sub par pictures that you don't get to see until you've paid and I won't be doing it again. I suppose if parents saw the quality of their work before paying, they'd never have anyone buy any of their pictures. What a scam.

Great shots but really poor quality photos – The shots taken were really good but the photos are not sharp. The grayscale photos are nothing more than someone hitting the grayscale button in Photoshop. Really unprofessional and will not be purchasing from them again.

Laughable! Paid for same picture twice! – Pretty bad all round. The pinacle was being charge for 2 picture (candid and portrait), when receiving the 2 pictures, it's like a "find the difference" between the pictures. Child 1 head is tilted slightly more, Finger is on child 2 2nd finger and not third. Actually, not even 5 differences. Individual pics, got what was promised, but my 4 year old takes better "candid" pictures. $130 for 3 pictures?!?!? Not worth it!

I did receive an email stating the photographs were ready to view, I was unable to log onto their website no matter how many times I requested log in details and changed my password.

That'll teach me for pre paying my package. Buyer beware.

I have raised a case with ACCC and Consumer Affairs.

Companies like this should not be running in Australia!

have ever experienced. After waiting close to 12 weeks to receive my daughters preschool photos I was bitterly disappointed when the final digital images were made available. Every single photo is dark and dreary. There is no evidence that the photographer had any experience and I believe that better photos could have been taken with a mobile phone.

After trying to call the number on the webpage several times and being greeted with the same message, "we are experiencing a high volume of calls...please email us...beep beep beep", I emailed them. Only to be told that we were given a "heavily discounted" price (laughable) and that they could not control a child's demeanor.. this to me is insulting. No refund, no offer to re-shoot, nothing.. These are meant to be very special memories; instead we are left with a very sour taste and no photos.

Hopefully Goodstart Early Learning centers never use this company again!!
