Fast Service and great product! – Needed a bunch of stuff for my Chemistry project ASAP, most other places had 3-4 week delays while these guys had it in stock! Quality of the goods was pretty good and Shilpa was quite helpful in answering all my questions. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Worst Service, I can't believe it was this bad – I needed a Pressure Equalised Dropping Funnel. And I had to order a 500ml volume, which arrived in good time and with good packaging- it wasn't broken. - Several emails were exchanged between myself and 'Shilpa' - Shilpa promised to email me about sizes they don't carry in stock. After a week, she had not done this. - When it arrived, it was missing a stopper. I had misread the eBay listing (my bad), which clearly showed a 100ml vessel with a stopper. -At no point, during our conversation dis Shilpa say "Would you like a stopper with that?" or "Are you aware it doesn't come with a stopper"? or "Hey frood and droog, this whiz bang contrapuation is stopperless". - I have to order a stopper ($5-$10) AND $10 postage, when it could have been included with the original order. - I can't use the vessel, without a stopper.
