I had purchased and received the bottles in time for christmas 2024. I then ordered more pods in May 2025. NO ordered arrived - NO response back from DrinkScnt after several emails enquiring about my order. WHAT HAS HAPPENED - have they gone bust??
I loved the concept of this product, but as someone who doesnt drink plain water often it just didnt work for me. My teenager on the other hand loved it, but has already broken two lids / tops making them unusable. When I reached out to Scnnt to just by bottle tops they never responded. I probably wont buy any more due to their poor customer service and lsck of parts to purchase seperately as replacements.
Do not buy this product. The spring on the lid has broken twice. Bad quality, dont waste your money!! Customer service is very poor. I sent multiple emails, they do not respond or care for their customers. Do Not Buy this product!!!!

also broken, it literally fell to its side on her desk at school, didn’t even hit the ground. As these broke so quickly, I assumed the company would send a replacement lid. Nope. Another $20 each, even after emailing the company, they refused and said they don’t offer replacements, they need to be purchased. I can’t recommend these for this reason… the bottles have now cost $100 and I was right to doubt myself in the first place. Kids in my class have bought much cheaper versions and haven’t had a problem. I did not buy replacement kids and the kids no longer use them. I would not buy these again.
Scam. Reported to PayPal and now in the hands of ACCC. No response in communication through info@drinkscnt.com.au, Facebook messenger and the instagram account is non existent. My 9 year old daughter saved her pocket money for this, now is left with nothing. No product ever received.

air to scent the water. I am now consuming over 3 litres of water pe rday and feel wonderful. The bonus is the more water you consume the fuller you feel and you dont snack as much. Excellent product for the heath and weight consious, but no good if you think its going to taste like a glass of Pepsi Max.
Great product! – Slow postage, but worth the wait. I bought one of these bottles and it worked so well that my son asked if I could get him one. We love them! opportunity to replace and waited for 2 months for a reply, when it finally came, it was an offer for me to buy new lids for $22 each. Stay away. There are so many quality water bottles on the market at this price point. These are not.
1) They list the price ex GST then add the GST at the end. This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. 2) They take WEEKS to get this to you. I doubt they are in Australia. Makes you wonder about the GST also. 3) These things do NOT work. You can hardly smell the pod and the water... well, it just takes like water. 4) Don't, just don't!
I bought a drink bottle for my daughter, and ordered the pods. It came without the pods. I then ordered $50 worth of pods on March 19. It is now April 15 and Shop has it still “preparing shipment”. I’ve emailed and received no reply. Very, very disappointing.

Absolute rubbish. Arrived without a lid. Took over 2 weeks to come from Perth! Tracking number didn't work. Emails take forever to respond. Disappointed – I have had no issues with breakage of the bottle or lid, shipping was fine and normal. My issue is the plastic taste from the bottle. After multiple washes of all components over several months, it still has a plastic taste, with or without the pod. I just can’t handle that taste so this water bottle is unusable.

My 11yr old has learned the hard lesson of what looks good in advertising doesn’t translate and why looking at reviews before purchasing is a good idea. This is a terrible quality product.
Terrible quality – Bought 2 bottles as Christmas presents. The quality is terrible, the lids have snapped on both bottles already. Waste of money on an extremely overpriced product!
Dissapointing – I bought one as the idea seemed good. Unfortunately the fake smelling scent pods are sickening and seem to all smell the same. Lots of air in straw when you try to drink from it and not comfortable to use. I regret falling for the advertising as it was pretty expensive and now It will have to go to landfill. :-(
The reviews are fake – Biggest load of rubbish drink bottle. Don’t waste your money. Mould grew in the spout after a few months. Lid broke in the first week. The scents are a total rip. Not to mention, fragrances are linked to all sorts of health issues. My 10 yo begged me for this and it’s my biggest regret purchase of 2024. Save your money. Get a stainless steel drink bottle.

Lack of customer service – Not happy. I have tried to contact Scnt to arrange an exchange for a more expensive product and they have not responded. Its really dissapointing considering I have already spent $150. I am also entitled to a refund which they will not process either, despite their website stating refunds are allowed. I will be taking this matter further to the Ombudsman.

I have to say though that I am incredibly disappointed all round with the SCNT V2 experience
The rubber straw of the bottle seems to mainly suck air rather than water. The solution is to bite on the straw so you can actually drink. The problem then is that the mouthpiece is so short you have to push your mouth hard into the bottle in order to bite it - whereupon the lid digs into your nose and the catch digs into your chin painfully. A terrible drinking experience.
A very disappointing product and I ceased using it before even the first pod was finished. It seems to me the issue could be resolved with a slightly longer mouthpiece.”
Reported to the ACCC – To put it simply, it does not do what it is supposed to do. Money back guarantee is only for faulty or broken products. False advertising and useless customer service then when you try to warn others on social media, they delete any negative posts and block you.

process work very well. The fact that the Aus Post tracking has not been updated past 'pending' shows that the package has not even ARRIVED IN AUSTRALIA. This just proves that this company dropships from China. I have emailed countless times regarding an update on tracking, to only be told in a 1 sentence, blunt email that tracking is expected between 13/8 and 26/8. Horribly designed product with mediocre pods at best.
