The screen protector doesn't fit my phone at all, if they cut it to the correct size the material wouldn't stick so was cut about 10mm to narrow. They have however been very cooperative and processed a refund. I feel like these guys are really trying to do good things, so I will be keeping my eyes open to see if they manage to work it out and get a material that will work for screens with curves. Product quality: Fitting (very good): The replacement protector (40mm diameter) is able to fit nicely on my GT5 pro watch. Touch response (excellent): Watch screen's touch response with the protector is excellent - it is as if there's no protector installed.
Resolution (very good): There's a slight loss of sharpness with the protector, but resolution of details is still very good compared to other protectors I've used before (most other protectors caused details to be signifcantly blurred)
Anti-glare (above average): Although glare is significantly reduced, a substantial amount of reflection is still visible (i.e. shape and outline of reflected objects are still clearly visible).
Considering their excellent customer support and good product quality, I have revised the overall experience rating to 4 out of 5.

We stay in Singapore. We ordered 3pcs anti-glare screen protectors for our GT5 pro smartwatches from ScreenShield (we paid $30 for them + $5 shipping = total paid $35).
The item arrived but it measured 2 mm larger than our watch face (the GT5 watch face is 40mm, but the screen protector measured 42mm - SEE ATTACHED PHOTO). We cannot use these at all since it is obviously too big.
We wanted to ask for a replacement/return as according to their policy, but however once we click their "contact us" link (as instructed for a return initiation), there's NO WAY for us to key in any message nor does it show us any contact method or address. It seemed like there's NO WAY to contact them at all.
But we finally found an almost hidden email address in small prints at the very bottom of their web page - contact@screenshield.sg We wrote to this address and explained our situation and request a refund or a return. So far we have NOT gotten any response from them after several days and we will continue to wait.
However we doubt that they will ever reply to us (otherwise they wouldn't have hidden their "contact us" page, which was obviously erased deliberately).

Purchased a Optic+ Nano glass screen protector 3pk for 39.90 for my Redmi Note 13 pro + The only good thing about it was its delivery in a reasonable time. The product does not fit the advertised phone labels all indicate it's for the reminder note 13pro + but it's too small, it isn't glass it's just a plastic screen protector also. Total waste of money. No ability to leave reviews on site which I should have picked up on I was just on a hurry to get a new screen protector I didn't do my usual checks.
I needed a screen protector for my new GME XRS-660 UHF radio. These radios are fairly new and so there were no ready made protectors available. Sent the measurements to ScreenShield and within a week I had the Custom screens ready the install. They fitted perfectly. The service from ScreenShield was awesome. Highly recommended!!!

Tried them for garmin fenix 8 51mm - useless. Each cover went on perfectly with no dust or marks on the watch face. I used 4 of the covers & each cover lasted 4-5 days before moving slightly on the glass, allowing a 3mm section to lose contact, then completely coming off within 2 more days. If they stay stuck on they're probably pretty good, but they shouldn't be sold for garmin watches as they don't work
The nano-glass protector did its job. I banged my watch on something metal, and the protector shattered, leaving my screen in perfect condition! Luckily, I purchased a 3-pack.
My printer has both an operation touchscreen and a print bed screen. The only screen shield available for my model was not the one I actually needed. ScreenShield was very easy to deal with, quick to reply and extremely helpful. They even made a custom screen foil for me at no extra cost. The fit is perfect now. - Not sure how many people are on the ScreenShield team, my emails have always been responded to very quickly (a working day or 2 tops).
After using screen protectors from all over for almost 20 years, I like the Nano Glass products from ScreenShield the best, because considering all the properties a screen protector needs to have, these are the most well balanced:
- It's very durable, sure not as durable as a full slab of tempered glass, which is bulky and can crack easily.
- It's very easy to apply, yes not as easy as an old-style silicone-backed plastic sheet, which struggles to protect itself even.
- It's transparency when new is comparable to a tempered glass "slab", in my eyes. It doesn't discolour / fogs a year after being applied. How you treat your device may result in a different experience here.
The devices I've used Nano Glass screen protectors on ranges from a watch to a laptop screen.
Tips for people looking to get Nano Glass for their devices (may be useful even if you use other screen protectors)
- Prep is everything, clean the screen well but gently, keep isopropyl / lens cleaner solution use to a minimum. A good clean "breath fog" and a clean + quality lens clothes works wonders. Wash your hands first :)
- Keep a short strip of sticky tape close for that last-second dust speckle. Use the aligning stickers if you feel the need.
- Try to be in a still room of around 20 degrees Celsius. Be gentle on the edge while applying, depending on the shape of your device, the edges may take a day longer to settle.

Alpine ilx 507a so Alpine don't make a protector and after 6 months I was worried about the screen scratching and thought it best to protect. There was initially an issue with my first order because of a misspecification from the device manufacturer that led to confusion about the screen size, because the bezel on one side is larger.
However, ScreenShield were super quick to respond and remedy the situation by sending out a replacement screen protector with extra coverage for the larger bezel.

Puts the Pro in screen protector – Ordered a screen protector for my new baby, a Miyoo Mini Plus. They not only fixed my mistake of ordering the wrong product with an easy solution, but rushed my order and got it to me in unbelievable time.
