Sealpod Resusable Coffee Pods are a steal ! – My daughter gave me a 100 Sealpod pack- 2 pods, coffee and seals for Fathers Day as she is very environmentally conscious and having completed a course in Environmental Science at Uni. Has David Attenborough as her Pin up ! She was hesitant that I wouldn’t use them They are absolutely great and so we placed an order for 400 seals. The savings… Read more · 1
over single use disposable pods is huge and all we have to do is fine tune the brew (we like strong coffee) Anyway we would highly recommend this environmentally sound product
Better for the environment, better for the hip pocket, better for me – I bought this set roughly 4 months ago now, and I've been absolutely committed to and love using the Sealpod system. It's so convenient to actually use and the process of refilling the pods in the morning adds a nice bit of zen and routine to my morning for the 1-2 minutes it takes to fill both. I've been keeping a small tally in separate buckets… Read more · 1
of my waste with this product vs my 'yet converted' roommates, and currently they are onto large yoghurt container number 7 and I'm still only 1/4 of the way up mine of just the aluminium espresso sticker lids, which makes me feel really feel great about my impact. Especially as all of my by product has been recycleable/reusable in some way in our household.
Have been incredibly pleased on all fronts with my coffee experience, sealpods, the coffee, and with Crema Joe's personalisation/customer service.
A fabulous invention – Luving my guilt free pods. Small changes has huge benefits for our environment. Crema Joe coffee is a favourite. I will support this company and tell my friends all about it. Sandy -Tumbarumba Show details · 1
Best Idea Ever! Cost Effective & Environmentally Friendly! – We've been using the sticker lids for several months now, love that they are recyclable. Using the sticker lids with the stainless pods is a great way to save money, whilst being environmentally conscious. Love em! Show details · 1
Great product, great service – We've been very happily using seal pods from Crema Joe to make great coffee for the last couple of months. We started with a pack of 5 which worked well. Crema Joe have been very helpful answering questions and with service, and we've since bought some more pods and a regular subscription for lids, and some pods for a friend as a gift. Great customer service, great coffee – The Crema Joe team were very friendly and helpful when answering all my questions. I feel great that I can use my pod machine knowing I'm contributing so much less to pods ending up in landfill. I bought their starter pack and their bespoke coffee tastes great! Will be happy to continue buying and recommending to people. Show details · 1

Delicious, guilt free coffee. Your taste buds and the environment will thank you! – Very happy to have made the switch to reusable pods! Makes getting a guilt-free cuppa easy, with no more pods going to landfill and I still get a wonderfully rich, creamy coffee. Their bespoke blend is just superb - my girls (6 and 10) wish they could drink coffee already from the earthy smells of the grounds and the brewed coffee. The advice given via facebook chat was great, and they have good guides on their site too. Highly recommended. Show details · 1
Great coffee, great service – After some teething problems getting my Aldi machine to work with the re-useable pods, Crema Joes Customer Service Queen Emma supported me to get the right coffee, working in my machine, I now enjoy great coffee without adding more plastic to the environment. Thanks Show details · 1
So easy to use! – My partner and I have found the transition to reusable pods SO easy thanks to SealPods from Crema Joe. I was prepared for the process to be a little clunky.. after all reusable pods seam a little too good to be true. But I was wrong! They're so easy to fill (we've been using the Crema Joe coffee grind - wow) and so easy to clean. The crema is also… Read more · 1
next level. We now have way less guilt over owning a pod machine and can't wait for friends and family to come over to try it out. Love your work guys!
This is a perfect capsule replacement! – I just moved to Tassie from Sydney and the horror set in when I realized they don't have Aldi stores here and I have a coffee machine that only fits pods from their stores! Thank god I found this amazing replacement, it allows me to drink whichever coffee I want, and you can brew tea in them too! On top of that, it is reducing waste and helping the environment, doesn't get much better then that! Show details · 1

Amazing coffee – Thank you to Kayla and the beautiful team at crema joe! The coffee tastes amazing! I’ve even had clients that have forgotten to put sugar in their coffee because it tastes amazing! :) Highly recommend these guys for all of your reusable coffee pod needs! :) Show details · 1
Seapod lids – The aluminium lids are so easy to use. I have been using this product from Crema Joe for over a year now, and wouldn't any other form of pod. We can wash the lids too, and recycle them with other aluminium waste. Show details · 1
Almost guilt free simple coffee – I’ve been using these for several years now and love them. It’s the ease of coffee pods without the guilt of all the waste to landfill. It took me a while to find a good strong coffee as they’re slightly smaller than a normal espresso coffee shot, but it’s perfect now. Highly recommend. Show details · 1
Environmentally friendly and delicious – Fantastic product that works perfectly in our Aldi Expressi machine. We love how easy they are to clean and we can change blends every day if we want to. We bought them because we wanted to be more environmentally friendly while still enjoying a nice brew, plus we have the added bonus of being able to reuse the waste on our garden. We bought this… Read more · 1
with the CremaJoe espresso coffee too which has the perfect grind to not need the filters. We have recommended this product to family and friends and will continue to use them.
Great product, great coffee, great company! – We love our sealpod reusable coffee capsules from Crema Joe! They’re easy to use (we don’t mind the extra work of filling them ourselves when it means keeping plastic capsules out of landfill!) and we love being able to choose the beans we use for our brew. The team at Crema Joe are always super helpful and we have been really impressed by their commitment to sustainable business practises! Show details · 1
Great products and even better service – I've been using the sealpod system for several years now. It allows me to use my choice of coffee in a stainless steel pod with a sticker lid to keep it all fresh and allow enough pressure for a really nice cup of coffee. I'm really satisfied with the product and wouldn't be without it. The service from Crema Joe is extraordinary. I have a… Read more · 1
subscription, so I don't have to worry about running out. Communication is always prompt, accurate and friendly. I like dealing with a local company who are committed to sustainability and service.
Makes a great coffee every time – I’ve been using the seal pod system for around 2 years now. I have 10 pods as there are 3 of us using them and we all use a mug which requires 2 pods per cup. I use the aluminum seals as the paper ones don’t create the Crema. I buy locally roasted coffee beans and grind them at home. We compost the grinds but rarely recycle the seals as they get… Read more · 1
lots of coffee stuck in all the holes and are hard to clean. This is the only downside of the system and if I hadn’t already invested money into buying 10 pods I would switch to the pods which also have stainless steel lids.
The pods themselves are quick and easy to clean out, just a quick rinse with warm water. They are good quality stainless and would last forever. Makes a great coffee every time and I will never go back to buying the nespresso pods again!
Great initiative – I have purchased 8 Seal pod Capsules over a period and just love them. Okay, they take a bit of time everyday to refill but very worthwhile from an environmental perspective. I was given a Nespresso machine some years ago and initially the quality of coffee pods and the waste creation really annoyed me. Now with the refillable pods I am able to… Read more · 1
use good quality coffee from a local supplier. I was using the sealpod aluminium lids but recently I discovered that by purchasing the Blue cup aluminium lids and pod maker I can now compost and recycle to an even greater extent. The coffee grounds go in the compost and the lids can be scrunched into a ball with any other Alfoil and put in the recycling. I even take a container to my coffee supplier to avoid using the sealed bags.
dont know why everyone doesnt use these! – Cons: Pricey. Will set you back $20 each pod. Not great when you forget to take it out of the sink and someone chucks it in the bin Messy. The tamping system is not great. One whole scoop might fill the pod, but it spills everywhere in the process. better off doing 3-4 partial scoops and tamping each one. HOT. these things are pretty damned hot… Read more · 1
coming out of the nespresso. be careful not to burn yourself. also let it cool down before removing the cover or you will leave behind the glue.
Biodegradable covers might be better for the environment, but they arent great for the pod. they really create a gluey mess on the pod that takes ages to get off. normal cover glue peels off in one piece when it sticks to the pod
Pros:
good crema.
Use your own coffee. It works out cheaper even with pricey fancy coffee, and you dont have to settle for nespresso coffee. You can still use different coffees. very flexible
Better for the environment. The normal covers are aluminium, so you can collect them, scrunch them into a ball big enough for sorters to pick out, and recycle those. used grounds can go in a compost bin. very minimal impact on the environment
