1  Cody K.  · Scam. Do not use. Terrible company and rude customer service
1  Karen B.  · Cost for 5 hours Easter Sunday, lunchtime, was $38. Ridiculous. Will not use this car park again!!
1  Brendon v.  · Be careful, they used to charge you day parking rates when tapping on the way in and way out, then suddenly changed it to charge you the full day rate
1  Liam  · Fake advertising at the parking opposite the gabba. Very large sign stating $5 parking. It cost $45
1  Ted  · What customer service? – Website and app are rubbish for trying to book parking. Contact them by phone, wait in the queue for your turn and then they hang up.
1  Kelly  · DO NOT PARK HERE! – DON NOT PARK HERE!!! Complete rip off, use any of the other car parks. Owner should be ashamed of themselves.

last night parked my car at 109 PItt St; someone parked me in. Rang Secure who told me to organise my own tow truck ( which i cannot do as it is not my car on private property). I asked them to arrange a tow truck but they would not do it. Got taxi home. Rang this morning and asked them to check if still parked in. No response. Rang back and… Read more

they said it is everyone had the day off so no one had been out and again wrongly suggested i arrange my own towing. All the calls were answered in Manilla which is fine but they need someone on the ground in Sydney. Car still there some 16 hours later

Shocking, do not enter your credit card details in their website, they sell one carpark multiple times for the same day and time, so when you arrive to park your car, the carpark is not available, but you get charged, it is a scam.

Terrible carparks spaces to small due to greedy secure parking making ridiculous size parks – They are not secure anyone can walk in and vandalise or steal your car. Expect your doors to be hit by other car doors as they have greedily tried to cram more spaces. The spaces are for mini cars. Had cars damaged twice never again. Don't learn the hard way just don't go there they even stole $268 dollars from my debit card and I am currently… Read more

going through there ridiculous process to get it back. And will probably refer them to the police for theft

Avoid Secure Parking at all costs!!! – If I could rate Secure Parking a negative or Zero, I gladly would. The most unorganized and pathetically managed parking organization you will ever come across who don’t care about their long term customers at all. I had parked at the same car park for over 5 years each and every day. Today I find out when I was unable to book that Secure ceased… Read more

managing this facility 4 days ago! No email to regular customers or no notification at all - NOTHING! An absolute disgrace and I will NEVER again park at a secure parking. At least Wilson Parking knows how to manage their customers and would never allow such pathetic service! I now have to rush home from the city and hope I still have car when I arrive!!!

Locked out, then locked in, still had to pay! – No access back into carpark on a Saturday afternoon (carpark open til 7pm)- we had to walk down the driveway. Then when trying to leave the machine was faulty and took ages with help desk trying to reset it. Eventually they called us on mobile and took a credit card over the phone. Appalling that they continued to require payment after all our time wasted

Zero customer service to speak of – I'm heading to Melbourne with my family for a short break. I've booked a hire car as we're planning on doing a bit of driving and so I'll need somewhere to park. The hotel parking is exorbitant, so I went looking for something close to my hotel. My only real condition was that the parking allowed multiple entry and exits without additional… Read more

charges. Secure Parking featured heavily in the results and they had a station only 7 minutes' walk away from the hotel and the price was decent (but not great). Here's where things went downhill though.

During the booking process, I was asked for a license plate number. The problem is that I'm hiring a car and I don't yet know the details. I searched the FAQs, Google, Reddit... everywhere I could think of to find what to do. Do Secure (or indeed any other parking company) allow you to book and then advise the hire car registration details later on?

I couldn't find any details, so I called their 02 8000 8790 number, selecting the option for "hotel or overnight parking". I was told that they were experiencing a higher than expected number of calls (at 9:30am on a Sunday), but that I was important to them, and someone would be with me shortly. Are we still playing this game?

At the 40-minute mark, I took them up on the option for a callback. The voice recording advised that I'd be called when I reached the front of the queue. I also submitted an enquiry on their website. I didn't trust either process, as I didn't get a text or email receipt, so I immediately called them again and left the call on speakerphone. I hung up at the 47-minute mark. So, over an hour and a half in total without speaking to anybody. I've attached the call logs.

A while later, I stumbled upon a First Parking site even closer to my hotel, called their customer service number and spoke to an agent inside 2 minutes. While he couldn't answer my query, he spoke to a supervisor and committed to someone calling me back. I received a call from a supervisor less than 30 minutes later with two easy options that solved my issue. Oh, and the price was 15% cheaper too. Go First Parking!

I never received a call, or email from Secure Parking all day. I will make sure to steer clear of them at all costs from now on. Terrible company to deal with, or not deal with as is the case here.

I spoke to a man named Paul from Secure Parking and he was so helpful. My car didn’t fit in the height restrictions and he helped me out.

perfect parking – web site is so easy to use, instructions are easy to follow and they offer a great price. Parking lots are well marked and well lit. I have used them numerous times over the years and have never had a problem.

No problems – I registered with Secure Parking and booked a car space in Brisbane last night. I was sent the entry and exit code, with instructions, and had no problems at all.

Went to secure parking in Nambour for movie at cinema. Offers 2 hours free. Found out movie longer. Went out to increase time and apparently if you try to increase time you loose the first 2 hours free and have to pay full amount. Contacted them and the said it was their policy. Money making scam to ‘guess’ how long you will stay. Also… Read more

punishment if you make a mistake. You should only pay for time used.

Won’t be going to the cinema here again until parking becomes fair.

Booked all day parking in Melbourne CBD. As we didn't know for how long we needed it for, we booked from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Paid $25 plus credit card fee. Got a confirmation email allowing us to exit between 15:00pm and 23:59pm. Ended up finishing at 1:30pm but when we tried to exit the machine asked us for another $50!!!! Called the Help line to… Read more

be told we shouldn't exit before 3:00pm!! where does it say that when making a booking??? After the help person took some 10 minutes to check, we got let out without further charge "As a Gesture of Good Will" which we found quite patronising!

I hear that this company has taken over a contract in the Townsville district and some other areas throughout Qld, expecting the existing staff to take up a role on alot less money, why would you work for a company that pays less and wants you to do extra work. Maybe Fair work needs to look in to this. Time to fly away.

I have been trying to get the evidence from my partners Support worker to prove that the vehicle that she owns was on the Sunshine Coast and not in Brisbane at the location you claim. We both live on the Sunshine Coast. Alas the type of proof you require is just not possible. Not having CCTV at the location isn't secure parking and needing to… Read more

solely rely on an App is just terrible policy.

So, yes your App is glitchy and malfunctions all the time ( hence the very, very bad reviews) you don't listen to the customers and make us prove our innocence when charged/blamed.

So based on this information I have deleted the App from my device and I request that you delete all my information on your website, this is a written request and by law you must adhere to it. I want the account I made to be deleted ( you give no option for this on the website), so the reason I request this from you.

I will be leaving a truthful review of both your App, website and customer service.

I had researched the Secure Parking station on Burrelli street, Wollongong so we could park the car overnight to go to the city - online quoted $10. If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is! Imagine our surprise when we drove in and found just a half a dozen car spaces in total - so tight we had to do a 3 point turn to get out! I’m so… Read more

glad I didn’t prepay before we drove in. By the way, there was no boom gate, so I don’t know how it’s secure. Needless to say we didn’t catch the train, instead drove to the city and had to pay a premium for parking.

I purchased a pre booked park for Saturday night but by we drove past the Secure car park as it was not signed at all (apparently I am supposed to know to drive into the Emporium Hotel to park) and went into the wrong one which ended up costing me $40. 90 minutes stuck in Mcwhirter car park. Pathetic excuse from Secure. Each car has to call on exit for the gates to be opened. The company is so cheap it can’t afford to get an operator on site to open the gates. Will never use Secure again.

Purchased online. Charged again upon exit from car park despite using QR code to enter and exit. Would not issue refund for charging me twice - offered me a credit which is of little use. Will not be using them again

I had the worst experience with Secure Parking. I had made an online booking for 31st Oct 2025. I choose 12 Flinder lane as it was close to MCG. I had to wait nearly 46 minutes to get into Flonders lane and when I approached the car park, I was told that parking was not available. I got no notification for the car park being full. I was just asked to leave . Horrible customer service. Please stay away from Secure Parking.

Unable to get a receipt of payment due to faulty machine. This is illegal to not be issued a receipt. I then had to call their customer service which was wasting my time until I got angry. I have escalated this complaint & if I don't get a satisfactory response, ill be reporting this to the consumer office.

The WORST. They won't call you back. Little signage to intentionally collect fees. They don't take AMEX. Will go out of my way to find other parking options in future.

In my opinion, the management and customer service is the worst in Australia and the worst is Chatswood Car Park, 475 Victoria Avenue. The payment machine is always broken.

It is very difficult to work with secure parking to get my parking receipt and parking statement for tax purpose. They find all excuses not to provide you the transactions. I will never park with secure parking again

I booked Secure Parking Bourke St Melbourne due to the location. I thought the price ($66) was exceptionally high, but was willing to pay for the proximity to my destination, and assuming that if I booked I would be able to actually find a parking spot. The car park is easy to get to, and entry was a breeze, but that is where the ease ended. The… Read more

majority of the car park is reserved for hire cars and tenancy vehicles. The very few spots that were empty were usually empty because the car next to the empty spot had parked over the lines due to the extreme narrowness of the spots. The car park is very poorly designed with very tight spots, no mirrors so you can see if someone is coming around the corner, and no signage to show you where the unreserved areas are. Finally managed to squeeze into a spot but had to climb across to the passenger side to get out as the car next to me was so far over the line I couldn't open the driver's door. Absolutely awful for the price and a horribly designed car park.
