I am taking this Kwik Grip spray back after reading these reports, Have not open the can and should have read about it here, But Bunnings did not have the one I wanted I settled for what appeared to be the best available, I am not taking the chance of sticking the carpet to my car as it cost me a fortune and just would not take the chance. Definately changed my mind about Selleys Products Show details

absolute garbage - how can bunnings sell this crap and get away with it. DO NOT USE. wish i had looked here first. followed both methods - well wet method is nearly impossible, drys as soon as contact basically. Selleys should refund everyone for this and remove from shelves. Show details

Disappointing – I bought it specifically because it mentioned 'marine carpet' on the tin. I was glueing marine carpet to marine plywood, the most common application. It did not work. Useless. Followed instructions. Qualified engineer. Rubbish product. Show details

This is not glue – This would have to be the worst kind of glue You are better off making your own with flour and water. I followed directions , but most of the time the glue was dry before it even hit the surface . It wasn’t tacky at all Show details

Incorrect instructions on can – I recently bought this glue for our high end leather bags. It delaminated. I followed the instruction to the letter. I contacted Shelley's who said it needs a heavy spray and needs to be clamped for 24 hours. Not what the instructions day. I use the other Kwik Grip glue and its fine.
