Sengled Smart Sense

Trash - so support in Australia so unusable – They’ve now stopped Cloud support Australia on the live stream so the product is 100% useless. Has to be thrown in the bin. What a waste of money. ‘Here, buy our great camera. lol jokes, we are gonna make you pay for cloud storage, then we will stop supporting it and make you waste all your money.’
Don’t waste your money – Now cloud storage discontinued. Cameras don’t work at all or the flood light. Don’t buy these products as It just doesn’t work. Look for products with good review on customer service and quality of product.
Unfortunately can't give anything lower...........ok camera though – Customer service is something that this company has no understanding of. My 24 hour cloud service is no longer going to be available, and all new prospective buyers should be made aware of this, as they are still advertising that it comes with 24 hours storage. Have emailed and called the Australian contacts, but have had nothing back in response.… Read more
(They have never responded even with technical support when I needed it!!) Emailed their US customer service, same thing. If you can't afford to pay for a cloud based storage security camera, then I would seriously think twice about buying this. If you still want to, I now have two cameras for sale!!!

Sengled smart lights and google mini – Howdy.im a novice with things like this so I thought I'd write a review about the sengled element starter kit and the google mini connection and why I bought this unit instead of the Phillips hue.ok well firstly the price.. I bought the starter kit for $90 and extra globes for $17 compared with the hues price of round $130 for the Hue and $26for… Read more · 2
each globe.i used my bunnings card and got 10% off.anyway..it was pretty easy with only 3 steps to connect the light to the phone app but being half brain dead I did make a few mistakes but as you go along you will work out how to fix these.so I just wanted to see how good it was and truly im so impressed im going out today and buying more globes.ok once I linked the globes and the wifi away I went.then linked to my google minis to use the voice system.now I just say ok google..turn living light on and kitchen off and it's done...crazy and lazy but I still walk around switching the light switches which doesn't effect it.just turn the light on and then off with ur app or google.the only diff I see with Hue and pulse is Hue has a coloured light but not sure if pulse does.pulse also have 2 lights with JBL speakers .1 normal and the larger for wet areas so if you want to sing in the shower this is for you.i have read up about these and most have been amazed at the sound they produce so sounds good if you want to pipe music throughout the house without the wires.they have also got a light with a Wifi extender.not sure how good this is but if you have drop outs because of distance it sounds like a good unit for you.so about what you can do with the lights.firstly you don't need google home or mini for these but for voice activation you will.i also use my Samsung phone to control them.ok the app.its easy.gives you individual lights or group lights together.so if you have a main light and 2 lamps and lets say 2 wall mount lights you can turn all lights on or in sets by grouping.so let say main light is bulb 1, lamps are bulb 2 and walls lights are bulb 3 ...that's what you tell google...ok google turn on living room lights 3 and wall lights come on and nothing else or lights 2 or all.you can say the same and dim or brighten and this is done.you can also turn lights on and off through your phone while out which is good for me as I head out during the day and may not get home till late at night so I can turn on lights in the house for my pup and not be worried and also has a scheduler so you can set it to go on and off when ever it's set. The app gives you 5-6 settings from 5% to 100% and you can set these as how your lights turn on once you ask google or the app.i have my bedroom at 5% and living room at 100.the app gives you how many hrs the light has been turned on for by day week, month and year and also what you have saved in kws.globes I think have a 3 year 25000 hr warranty but just make sure I'm correct about this.if you connect a new light to the system it has a scanner on the app and the scan bar on the globe and or box so click and that's it.so to sum it up I love these light.i would recommend getting 1-2 or 3 google homes as it's funny walking round telling it to turn on and off the lights but you don't need it.why I don't give it 5/5 is I never do give anything this rating.ok so happy switching.
will-it-won't-it-will-it-won't-it ... turn off! – Bought two of these little babies from Bunnings - a bayonet fit and a screw fit at approx $15 ea. The screw fit globe is performing well after about two weeks. Alas the bayonet fit has got confused and stays on instead of turning off meaning I need to reactivate the motion sensor by turning the light off and on. I haven't given up on these types… Read more
of globes, though, and depending on how my screw fit performs, may purchase another one. Will keep you informed.
