Senior Advantage

Just another scam – Seniors advantage were asking for a joining fee of $400 to $500 when I clicked on no not interested they immediately dropped fee to under $100 and asked if I wanted to add a second person for $5.00. I have not been able to use for any discounts. They are just mongrels and don't have a conscience. Everyone should always look up reviews before signing up to anything. Huge lesson learnt

No available in all states – If you live N.S.W. Q.L.D. or V IC. It might work but s I r smaller stated is no discount as very few give any discounts. Mist are all ready discounted so you don't get any I used it and the cost is more than the discounts 68.00 reduced to $65.00 after u had already paid conpletly Rip off

Rubbish – I can’t even sign in! Says My email isn’t registered. I paid and have not heard anything at all from them. Stick to the Australian government’s card and forget this one.

Huge con – It will not make any difference if you are out of the 30 day period or not. I joined Dec 2020 and realized it was not as it was described so applied for a refund 2 days later, still waiting for my refund. I said goodbye to that money a long time ago. I have learned not to believe anything regarding these type of sites. Don't be conned into joining, you don't save anything.

seniors advantage – I guess im in the same boat as others. paid my fees and didnt hear from them since - nearly one yr ago. no emails or material received via post. How can one get a refund when its outside the 30 day period. I should have read the reviews before joining. This is a disgrace and shame on you for scamming the Seniors. This is un Australian.

Scam warning – Absolute scam. Have received no acknowledgement of how to proceed with claiming discounts. All I have is a depleted bank account showing a complete waste of money. Disgraceful to think Seniors are being conned out of their limited funds.

Do not waste your money seniors – Please, please do not join. It is a scam. Despite doing regular shopping online, I have not been able to get a better anywhere. I requested a refund but was informed I was outside the 30 days. Waste of money.

Scam, Scam – I tried to get onto you the day I got sucked into buying this on the 9th January 2021. Your email came back to me as undeliverable. I want my money back asap. I have just located this to vent my disgust with you ripping off the aged. Please refund my money. There is no account number as reference.

Refund – I joined on 28/1/21 & cancelled within an hour after deciding it was not for me . I have just received my bank statement & I have been charged but there has been no refund

False Advertising – People are mislead into joining - anyone can get these discounts. They are standard discounts offered to everyone from the stores. They're playing on Seniors needing to save money. Don't join.

SA laughing all the way to the bank – Nothing in their offer is new or not available elsewhere, for free. Even seems to offer me discounts at Walmart and others which are totally North America shopping chain so not of any use in Australia!

not for me – i joined seniors advantage this morning and as soon as looked though their pages realised this would not be worth my while ,i like to shop instore not online be interesting how long it takes to get refund ,as most specials can be obtained by reading company catalogues.

Waste of money – I have not been able to claim any discounts, not supplied with a Seniors Advantage discount card. I have made enquires via email but did get a reply. Very poor indeed

Card never received and they dont reply to my email – Sadly, zero stars is not an option. I joined six months ago. I've never received the card although they took the membership payment. I've emailed them but they don't reply.

Rip off and total scam – I signed up over 6 months ago for the lifetime membership. Membership – Please cancel my membership dated 08/01/2021 as no longer required and refund my $99.00 immediately please - I have nothing to say further - am just requesting my Refund of $99.00 please!

Honest company – I applied for a Senior Advantage Card, but later I realised that it wasn't for me. I contacted the cutomer service and they replied very soon. They transferred the refund within few days. I think they are very honest. Ilona Show reply

Not what I wanted – Advantage Seniors in hindsight was not what I wanted and I asked for a refund. Credit to the organisation I received a prompt reply to my cancellation and my joining fee fee was returned. Better response than some other similar products.

Not for me but got refund in 3 days – I put the whole hog on the credit card that was offered . Didn’t seem advantageous so cancelled . No savings I could not already get . Got full refund in 3 days .

I know times are tough ATM for lots of us and we all want to save some $ maybe get more for our $. These people prey on us and take our money profiting from us by sending us special offers anyone can get with out doing anything it is actually quite cleaver but very shameful = Karma is a B...

BEWARE: This is a SCAM! – This is a SCAM. The special offers they promote are readily available to Australian Seniors via the internet, catalogues and Seniors cards. The company is based in LITHUANIA and do not have an Australian address or Australian phone number on their website. All correspondence is via email and requests for refunds are ignored.

Seniors advantage – I haven't even got my seniors card yet in mail I am 61 so how can I show proof - except that seniors advantage have debited money out of my bank a/c.

SCAM! Do not join this company – Do not join this company. I joined and realised it’s not what I expected. You could get the same prices for not being a member. They blocked my email after I asked to cancel my membership and a full refund. Their logo says “helping seniors live better”. Really? By scamming the seniors?? elg135

this is a scam – i joined and then found out the specials is what stores are advertising as thier weekly special there is no advantage to you,so i asked for a refund which was not forth coming,makes me think this is a scam

Bloody ripper – Loving it so far. First was doubtful about joining and I couldn’t find shops I like but then they added them so now it’s perfect. Also cool library and budgeting tool

Excellent – I’m a recent member, and am very pleased with the products and customer services that they provide. I had some questions how to use it and they explained it very well. I love the discount portal and even started using their meal plans. Totally worth it. I only wish that I joined sooner.
