I ordered glassine paper recently and could not believe the care taken to pack my $10.00 order. The large sheets had been packaged flat and securely enough between heavy duty board to ensure they weren't even so much as creased in transit. The next time I'll mention it's fine to roll the sheets! But I truly appreciated the effort made to ensure such a modest order arrived in perfect condition. Thanks, Seniors.
Fantastic service & reasonable prices – I needed some art products in a hurry. Senior Art had exactly what I needed, cheaper than other stores. I let them know I needed the products quickly and they sent the order the same day. Great products at reasonable prices and fantastic service.
Best art store in Brisbane – Very good prices, very helpful and kind, wonderful knowledgeable staff and supplies are plentiful. I believe this is the best price art store in Brisbane. They even gave me a free Daniel Smith colour chart.
Didn’t have what I needed for uni and somehow it was my fault – It’s really hard to find what you need in c19 lockdown, especially when you don’t know all the items on the list your lecturer gives you. I made mistake of calling here first because they were close but they made me feel bad and had very narrow product range. Lucky I found another store in Prahran was very helpful and efficient.
A great array of products however staff very condescending – Staff were not interested in helping & condescending. Customer service 1 out of 10. I felt like I was bothering them by asking questions. This is not the way to acquire or keep customers
Rude and unhelpful – I have been waiting almost a month for my order, and just enquired as to the delivery date. I was met with lengthy excuses, which had nothing to do with my enquiry. The woman was rude and attacking. I’m shocked that a business treats it’s customers so badly. I will never deal with this company again.
Fake discounts! – When it comes to those 20% discount, every few months which they have, beware it's: Full price! They use gimmicks,by marking the items price, extremely high, and than here we go! 20% just for you beloved costumer of ours! Check rest of retailers and you gonna feel stupid, and ridiculed just like i did! Specially for art spectrum oils price! No good folks!
A good experience for me as a buyer – This was my first experience of purchasing online from Senior Art Supplies. I tried them because of the brand of oil paints I cannot purchase easily anywhere else in Australia. The whole experience was excellent. I bought online. Well packaged items, a whole seamless process and quick delivery. Thank you!
Unhelpful and full of attitude – I ordered artist oil paint on their website. Beside the delays, what I received was nothing like I ordered. The staff and owner were rude and totally unhelpful. This was not a good experience.
Very happy – I have bought a few things from the Melbourne store and have not been disappointed. They have a good range, prices are as expected (It's an art store) and staff have been good. It's a convenient location just near Flinders St. The store itself is fairly cramped but I like that!
You won't go far wrong here – Excellent range of art supplies at very competitive prices. I use Daniel Smith Quinacridone watercolours and find them difficult to get in Australia. They are all here and compared to buying the more common brands in local shops and even with postage the tubes are economical. I recently purchased 10 sheets of watercolour paper and had some… Read more
concern as to how they would survive the journey, they arrived in perfect condition well packed and well within the estimated delivery time.
