Sensica Sensilift

Product is great but Poor customer service – First the product - the Sensilift is amazing. I could see an instant result which got even better over the following 6 months. Others commented on how great my skin looked. The product is easy to use and not too time demanding. Sadly this product is no longer being sold into Australia and I don't know why because its a great product. But I bought the SensiLIFT from Current Body. It cost over $500aud though I got it on special for less than this. For a product that normally costs over $500aud (and even on sale was extremely expensive) I expect it to last more than 18 months. Sadly my SensiLIFT began to fault and shut down mid treatment when it was about 18 months old. I contacted Sensica who told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller CurrentBody who refused to honour the warranty even though it was within the warranty period from when I got the product (which took over 10 days to arrive) so back to Sensica. They informed me they wouldn't honour the warranty either because they don't ship to Australia anymore and to go back to CurrentBody. Then after more emails to Sensica they asked me to send a video of the device not working which I did and finally they agreed to replace it. What a drain it was. The product is great but dealing with the company wasn't.
