UV light apparent failure – I have an undersink filter with a UV light steralizer. after less than 8 months the light stopped working. I replaced the light, and still no go, so obviously was the ballast. Apparently, their website is so appallingly designed that the drop-down boxes don't even function, and it made me order the same item twice... Either that or they changed my order without consent, which would be arguably worse. They also ignore any communication attempts beyond email, which is inconvenient.

attitude to boot. I got online to see what the current pricing is for a new unit and was shocked at what they wanted to charge me.. After talking to Sentry Water Filters, I ordered a NEW system from Sentry Water Filters through their Ebay site with a FULL set of new, spare filters for under half the price that South Australia wanted just to replace my old filters.. were very aggressive and were adamant that I needed a new system at their very inflated prices.. I said "no thanks.. You have lost me as a customer, as there is nothing wrong with my old unit.".. I replaced my old unit and got a set of spare filters (x4) for the same price wanted just to change the filters. I didn't need to replace the whole unit, but why not if its cheap? I now have a spare RO unit for the shed. The filters supplied from Sentry Water Filters are exactly the same quality USA branded filters that I was getting charged inflated prices for.. I highly recommend Sentry Water Filters.. The kit comes with everything needed, easy to follow instructions and a few extra bits just in case.. Was well packed, posted very fast and good communication. Nice to have a reliable company at great realistic prices. Pays to shop around..
