Save your money people. They sell products with misleading info and then refuse to refund. Not even a 1 star. There pictures claims you can use cereal but then after purchase they say you can’t use specific serial! Fraud!!

Sells Muay Thai pads online, description uses the word "Pads" and shows photo of 2 pads, they will only send you one and blame you as the description states right at the bottom that they will only send one, a scam really.
Products are Cheap and Nasty, Customer service is Non Existent. They claim to have a 12mnth warranty on items however it is under the disguise of only If you still have the original box it came in. reviews you can find about Serrano Australia and you will find more Negatives than Positives. Some Products Might be ok but the majority are rubbish. Not only do they fail but in doing So damage other items in the process.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Still waiting for missing parts 5 weeks after delivery deadline. Excuses & false information. I've just reported them to the ACCC, it's easy. Purchase through Harvey Norman Online… returns are a nightmare – Low quality product, that looked OK online. IMO, just trying to wear the complainant down until they give up. Dodgy eBay suppliers do that trick sometimes. I expected better from one of Harvey Norman Online’s “trusted suppliers”.
Serrano shipping costs – Serrano charged me $500 for shipping and I was not aware I’d this charge. My item only cost $111. The reason they gave for the return total cost was that is was not yet shipped/ Clearly the overcharging should have been the reason.
Stay away from them!!!!! – I brought a 4m x 3m retractable awning on Kogan sold by them. The price is $2100 + $300 delivery cost. The delivery driver left a few very unfriendly threatening message due to I missed the call but my parents are at home. Later on the company called me to ask me whether I get someone to help them to carry the awning to my back yard or they will take it back charging me two way postage. The most unpleasant experience with Kogan every.
Most dodgy company I've ever dealt with including my 20yrs working history in Freight – Sold me a faulty cat house via MyDeal that I can't put together. Surprised by what was delivered – Cat House - After making my purchase from Kogan, I read the reviews left for Serrano Aust and my heart dropped. I expected my delivery to arrive damaged and of unacceptable quality. But, aside from delivery taking just over a week, the 2 flat packs arrived in good condition. All the parts were intact and exactly as advertised. I never dealt with customer service myself but I am extremely happy with this purchase
Do Not Buy From This Place!!!! – BOUGHT 2 Packs of 12 solar lights Nov-Dec & Their poor quality 9 of them have cracked & 6 don’t work & this is the response you get Our quality team advised that the cracks are not manufacturing, looks like something hit on the item that causes it. Folding pet steps, Fantastic product and arrived within a few days after ordering – Ordered folding pet steps through Catch. Item arrived 4 days after placing my order and is exactly as described and does exactly what I need it to do. Can't fault the product or the delivery time frame.

advised me if I was unhappy then I should gift the product to a friend, even though I was well within the two week return policy. They have finally given me an address to return to after weeks of back and forth emailing. Now I'm waiting for them to pull something shifty and tell me the product was damaged when it arrived to they don't have to return my money. I highly recommend you avoid this company.
DO NOT BUY!!!!+ BEWARE SCAMMERS – Paid for a pool table, shipping was taking to long, so I requested a refund, then they tell me they can't get a hold of the courier, then item gets delivered a month later! Avoid at all costs, they are liars and have no interest in helping – False advertising. Products do not match descriptions, intentionally misleading by omission and fake discounts. Delivery prices are loaded, almost double the price of what the courier quoted us. Blatantly lied and chose to ignore details when we applied for refund and subsequent dispute process. This was related to a massage chair purchase, and seems to be standard practice for them based on other reviews. AVOID dealing with these low-lives.
Item never received – Item supposedly dispatched on 24/11 - item advertised as being received in 3-7 days. Fifteen days later - still not received. Tracking number doesn't work and courier company say they don't have item. This company still refuses to do anything. Very rude in communications. BUYER BEWARE

Awful Customer Service!! – Ordered an item through Catch & sold by Serrano Australia. It arrived today & the box was badly damaged, it's a Christmas gift so I contacted Catch who put me onto Serrano Australia. They basically said the box is the protective outer for the item inside. Bad customer service. Especially when the postage was more than the item!!
Faulty product. Problems obtaining Refund under Consumer Law – Faulty product, getting No Where with refund.! . I should have read other buyers reviews before I purchase. the packing material, it was simply impossible to fit 2 in. I then responded to their request to provide photos of the shipment label which clearly showed 1/1. Still no response to rectify or ship what I am owed over 1 month after I originally plcard my order, so I will be disputing payment with my bank if I don't receive notification of this shipment by COB today.

the supplier would not agree to replace the products they were only going to send parts but the damage and faults were beyond repair or patching up all we wanted was the lockers for our staff. We felt very sorry for the distributor because this supplier is clearly dodgy and not supportive they are selling a faulty product and not willing to offer any support to fix the issue they should not be in business. We asked the distributor for the supplier's details so that we could write this review and warn other distributors or potential customers to avoid this company. The distributor has since removed this product from there range which I believe is a good move. I'm amazed that there are companies out there doing this its terrible to think that this is happening!
