Beware! The Shader may have been reputable in the past, but based on my experience, it is a scam now. My order was never shipped and remained marked as “unfulfilled” indefinitely. There is no working phone number, the customer service links on the website lead nowhere, and emails sent through the storefront bounced back as undeliverable. Multiple attempts to contact the company directly received no response.

I ultimately had to lodge a dispute with my credit card provider to recover my money. After purchasing, I discovered many similar complaints on Facebook from others who also never received their orders—some waiting almost a year. It’s disappointing, as the idea behind the product is good. I eventually bought a comparable item elsewhere for much less; the quality wasn’t the same, but at least it arrived.
