OK – If you are looking for a basic machine, this product serves that purpose. It has no print function, only fax & copy functions. Also, has a very basic phone function. I would have liked it to come with a speaker phone so that I can use the phone hands free. A mute button would also be useful. - easy to use - faxed on A4 paper (do not use thermal paper)

Good – I don’t think that fax machines are Sharp’s forte of craftsmanship, but this product isn’t bad at all. Although I will not be able to do techie talk about this item, I can say that this fax machine is one of the easiest I’ve worked on. It works just as it should, and I have no bad things to say about it. I can send and receive fax messages with ease… it’s simple hassle-free. Works fine none that I know of
