Awesome, Water taste so pure! can’t believe how much sediment and dirt were in the water before the installation – Water from Queensland is not drinkable, their products really saved us, the taste of water before and after the installation are huge. Using their 2045 water filter system, and the installation of their product is very convenient and simple. Their customer service is really nice, and patient, was wondering which one is suitable for our house, and he explain all the differences very patiently, great choice, won’t regret.

7 stages alkaline reverse osmosis filter – The improvement to our drinking water is unbelievable. We weren't big water drinkers but since we installed the 7 stage alkaline ro filter, we consume the daily recommended quantity. Feel better also. Ph level is between 8.7-8.8. Happy with this result.

Good service – This is my second time purchased from shield filter. I purchased a UV system. But the plumber didn’t tight the seal nut and the lamp was damaged. Shield offer 50% off discount for a new lamp. Thank you so much.

Don’t waste your money or time! – Installed over 7 months ago and still no help from Shield. It has a constant ticking noise and leaks even after constantly rectifying. Checked water quality and was advised to find the system is practically nothing. Contacted company many times, they have not even bothered to reply. If you have one of Shields unit, spend the money and replace it. Not worth time, money or your so called health. BEWARE CHEAP RUBBISH

great service great product – Purchased a RO system last week and had a problem to install it. So I rang the team, and he guided me to install it in just 10mins. Great service and great product.

So good – have been using Shield’s 20x4.5 for a long time. It still works perfectly fine, been purchase their filter regularly. Have to say it’s very easy to install, cannot imagine how dirty the filter gets while I change it. Their customer service is absolutely trustworthy, I received clear instructions in the box every time. once I ordered a wrong item, they refunded it within a week.

Rubbish products and returns are not accepted – I have purchased from shield filters Brisbane several times,they send wrong filters,broken tube lamps, nil supply o,rings for ultra violet light. Leaking UV water filter – I Purchased a Shield 12watt under bench UV water filter. Instructions were not entirely accurate for my unit but I worked it out and installed the unit ok. Trouble is , the filter leaks and after several attempts gave up. Have emailed Shield twice but have had no response. Will be returning filter for refund and seeking alternative system from hopefully, a more ethical supplier. Don

UV sterilizer failed – The seals in UV sterilizer failed after 5 months destroying the bulb and ballast. No reply after 7 days, no phone number to call. Basically no service. Couldn't recommend to anyone.

Awesome – This unit makes real natural alkaline water so pure tasting. Hooked it up to my ice maker also and my ice is crystal clear! Water from northern Queensland is not drinkable, shield’s products make me feel relieved, and it gives us the best taste of tap water.

After sales service non existent – This company does not respond to email messages and does not publish its address or phone number so cannot be contacted unless they choose to be. I recommended potential buyers avoid them.

No After Sales Support – Wished I had never dealt with this business, did all the right things to get the sale answering questions etc however when contacting them for support there really is no support. In short, if something goes wrong don't expect any support so in all honestly spend your money elsewhere as I will now be doing.

Took forever to arrive poor instructions over priced – Purchased the 6 stages on eBay for $238 took over 2 weeks to arrive they offered free filters that never came because of the wait. From what we can tell it is 5 stages as only has 5 filters not 6 as the listing said.

You can buy this same kit for $100 from other sellers is the same thing.

Rust contamination – I bought a whole house filter system. Double 20” When I changed old filter cartridge for new, join was full of rust !!! badly!!! These filter are actually making our drinking water worse. Shield will not contact me I’ve tried to email and number is disconnected ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I’ll be sending water for testing ASAP We are not using filter. Front yard tap water seems safer option Until testing is complete

Great value – I purchased a shield whole house water filter system from eBay. It’s very good product. Heavy duty filter housing, stainless steel brucket, high performance cartridges. This filter remove chlorine and dirt. Water taste much better.

good value – Good value works well but not sure how long it will last. I guess that depends on the quality of the water but overall I'm happy with it. The water is clear and tastes good (no chlorine taste).
