Shield Water Filters

I ordered 4 filters for an FP fridge.. admittedly I didnt check them for about a year but when I opened the box they were the wrong type. This mob has just given me the total run around for months and won't replace or refund, so I had to bin them Don't do business with this company.

Appalling customer service and would never do business with them again – These guys go completely silent when their systems go wrong and we have two filter/uv systems treating rainwater. $1700 worth of gear had been delivered to a depot that wasn't even open any longer. This dragged on for weeks until i decided to visit another business who had the item sitting in their store. I wanted to order spare items via eBay and the ignored my request for pricing and details. We had another 2 lamps fail well short of their limit and have also just had a transformer fail which I had to setup up another eBay account to order the items and they were very helpful to make a sale but when I asked for warranty they ignored multiple eBay messages. Asking eBay to step in is a complete waste of time and they couldnt care less that they had not honoured the warranty under Australian Consumer Law. Of course the feedback score is very good as you cannot change you feedback and after 90 days they told me they didn't even have a record of my purchase.

Flooded the whole street! – Terrible quality and customer service. Our whole house system was constructed with the cheapest of the cheapest of components. The housings blew up and water poured out for hours costing me a fortune. Shield will ignore you and not help at all with support. Stay away!

Excellent product – Have a Big Blue whole of house 3 filter system. Access to a spring fed creek, so plenty of soil/dissolved particles. Plus rain water. Water comes through perfectly clear and clean. No odour. No turbidity. Great system.

Complain – Very bad customer service ,bought this product 5stage osmosis First year was good and flowing the exp of the cartridges after while the test completely change to bad smell causing health proplem to my family call him not interested ,said if not happy go buy water bottles dont call any more

easy install, excellent product – Bought an under sink system a while ago, very easy to install. Everyone in our family happy with it. Replacement cartridges cost less than $50 a year. I would highly recommend this product for home use.

Happy with the purchase – I would never know how dirty the water is without these filters. Compact design and easy installation. Improve of water quality is noticeable. A little issue is they donot have a timer to remind when to change the filters, like most of the fridge filters did. Have to write it down on the housing. Overall happy with the product.

Like this water filter + company made good on warranty claim – I bought a Shield Twin Undersink Water Filter System in 2017 from the Shield eBay store and was impressed with the design and ease of installation. to inquire about a possible warranty replacement. After reading that others had not received good customer service, I was not holding high hopes when my first email to service went unanswered. A repeat attempt to their main email address got a response and today I received not only the spare filter body I needed, but also a pressure reduction valve and a new set of cartridges. Very happy to have a working filter system again. Thumbs up!

Very very very poor customer service – Won't call back to discuss faulty products that have destroyed a perfectly good pump that cost $1400 to replace. They send out poorly worded emails from multiple email addresses. Lesson learned NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN...........

Poor quality ,no refunds no returns – I have purchased several items from Sheild filters have asked for refund or return of faulty products and wrongly supplied filters request denied. with hurdles and difficulties Sheild filter offer or rather don,t offer. Trying to get in touch with trade and fair practises government body to resolve some of the issues they refuse to deal with. Poor business ethics and poor quality.
