I have recently taken over operations for a warehouse that utilises ShipStation. I have been repeated frustrated by how ShipStation functioned. However, whenever I have been able to reach a CS officer who has jumped onto remote access support they have been extremely helpful and solved every problem thus far. I am keen to see my system be more streamlined after the latest round of support I've received.
Outstanding customer service from V! – I had a great experience using my 30-day free trial. V was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Her customer service was outstanding and she guided me through the process on how to set up and use ship station quite efficiently. V was very proficient with her time on Zoom, I can't recommend her enough! Very happy!

other than what you can already do yourself, when it comes to contacting carriers. Basically a useless software that other companies do better and cheaper. Signed up with a different company during this trial period it has been that terrible. $3k in stock currently missing after being picked up by the wrong driver organised through Shipstation. If you send more than 8 shipments a day you most likely already get better shipping rates than Shipstation when it comes to Aus Post, Aramex and Sendle.

2. For businesses shipping multiple boxes per shipment, some couriers (e.g., StarTrack) have experienced frequent bugs, necessitating manual and cumbersome processing. The integration of some couriers was so time-intensive that we let them go altogether.

but not on our live site. SS staff could not solve after 10+ replies and multiple staff involved. We paid our own developer to solve with a workaround, as SS were not capable of solving.
We use Aust Post EMS for exports. And SS after 2 weeks still won't / cant advise us how to print a label with 'Signature required'. This 101 user need is not an option.
We're now looking at alternatives now, like ready to ship

Excellent onboarding experience – Excellent onboarding experience with personal video chat and help to setup which is good as there is a lot packed into the features so would probably be a bit daunting otherwise.

Personable and actual human customer care – Went with Shipstation due to reviews about the onboarding and customer service. We understood this stuff is not straightforward, especially as a non-technical team. Joey has been great. 99% of the time things have been plain sailing. When we have had issues they’ve been either quickly resolved or escalated for us.
Great onboarding and features, very customer attentive – I found ShipStation through Wix and was very pleasantly surprised by the help and onboarding process. A company that actually cares about its customers is great to see this day and age when the norm seems to be bad service. They have been excellent and would highly recommend for shipping process. Its also priced competitively which is a bonus ; )

Amazing – The team at ShipStation are experts in their field. They are also familiar with the common third party platforms that are used with ShipStation. Great customer service and tech support! – Took as much time as required to fix technical issues that baffled both him, myself and my web developer. Worked proactively to resolve them within 24-48 hrs and kept checking in with me and providing me with relevant information.

So far so good thanks to Rhyl for putting in the time and effort to get me partially setup – Couldn't book a call to get setup because of an error but Rhyl took a few minutes to get me pointed in the right direction. Pleased with the customer service. Will see how it goes in the future.
You can't complain about support. There isn't any – We didn't get far, trying to install and connect this plugin in Wordpress. The plugin failed to connect WooCommerce. I sent an email to ShipStation support based in Australia. That was acknowledged almost immediately. They understood the issue, and would refer it to their tech support. response, but it did not address my issue, so I email them again. Immediate response again, with a promise to follow-up.
Five (5) days later, still nothing. So, I email to cancel and move on. Then I get an immediate call from Europe. A condescending and unhelpful tech, wanting remote access to my system. I offered access to the site dashboard, but NO, wants access to my system. ??? The rude and aggressive tone of the tech made me think "do I really want to work with this ?" No.
With so many viable competitor products to choose from, good support is always available elsewhere. We moved on, and we're glad that we did.

Very fast and accurate help – The title says it all. Lance responded in only a few minutes and was able to inform me of the reason for the error I was experiencing and suggested an alternative action.
This is great! – Giuseppe took a lot of time to take me through the whole thing. It was a lot of help and he answered all my questions. Without his help I wouldn't of understood the platform properly.
Excellent support from Shipstation – We always received quick response and excellent support. Issues were resolved efficiently and smoothly without hassle. We love the versatile automation and flexibility Shipstation has to our affiliated couriers. We recommend start-up to utilise Shipstation as your cost efficient shipping management tool.
Excellent support and understood the issues quickly – The consultant (expert) was able to understand my problems very quickly and was able to resolve it promptly. The phone line was not very clear during the later half of the call and she called back promptly and finished resolving the issues one on one.
Very Helpful – [Name Removed] took the time to make some walkthrough videos which were very helpful. She took care of all my needs in a way that was prompt and easy to understand.
Shipstation is a must for bigcommerce – The interface is quite intuitive and easy to use. Any errors or queries are quickly answered. The Freight is done very quickly with no copying and pasting. Also, links with ShipperHQ. Great app. A must for eCommerce websites.
