Stay out of a Shofer cab! – I was picked up at the Qantas terminal recently on the rank by a Shofer taxi. The car was dirty and the driver was no better. when I left a few days before using Uber. It cost me $50 to go home with Dodgy Shofer . The Shofer driver added on dollars for this, and that etc etc . Just crap. Shocking Shofer!!!!

Do not use EVER!

Ignorant driver – I was broken down in Mirrabooka on a corner. I had my hazard lights on and a mental pygmy in a Shofer car sat behind my car, abusing me for not moving, even after pointing out what hazard lights mean.

Dirty Shofer – We had a Shofer from the domestic airport the car was filthy and smelled and the driver was no better. That is the second time I have used Shofer and will be the last.

Never arrived and didn’t have a record of my booking! – I was told 15 minutes, I waited for 25 minutes and called Shofer. After several phone calls to them they told me they had no record of my booking. Had to call an Uber and was half an hour late to my appointment. Very disappointed.

No refund received – Did a booking no driver available they still took money and no refund and i didnt even get a trip . 2 weeks later still waiting on a refund. Never again

very expensive and no help with cases – We picked up the Shofer around 10:30pm in a taxi rank at Perth T1 terminal. Did not get help with cases - did not even get out of vehicle at the drop off. The big deal was the cost: Uber cost just over $30, a normal taxi around $35, SHOFER was nearly $50 !!! NEVER AGAIN.

Shofer is the best! – I have used Shofer on and off for 3 years in all daily life circumstances and find the drivers polite and extremely helpful. Reasonable rates and no huge busy traffic rate charges. I rather like pulling up at an important venue with Shofer written on my vehicle. It reminds me of a past life when I had my own one! cross the busy road in peak time to get to him. He argued that this was the correct address. His attitude was, we make you happy next time. At least his car was clean. I will never use them again.

Illegal and dangerous driving – Shofer driver sped past me (motorcycle)in my lane on a highway exit, which is totally illegal and could of resulted in my death or at least serious injury. I will not use them now

Never again!! – I wish I read these reviews before pre-booking with Shofer. Absolute joke. Made the booking for 10 mins before what I needed. Rang at the time I had booked & was told the driver was 5 minutes away. 5 minutes passed & the driver still hadn't arrived. Rang again & was told they were still 5 minutes away. Time sensitive surprise booking absolutely ruined. Never again!!

Don not use and will never use – I prebooked a ride on 29/4/19 to be picked up on 3/5/19. Driver did not show up or even call to say that he was not doing the pickup or phone to say he was not coming. After calling the driver 20 minutes after pickup offered some very lame excuse. I then had a call from another driver some 35 minutes after the prebooked time asking whether i was still requiring a ride. at this stage I was in an uber

Cab did not arrive – I booked a Shofer for 17:45 on 24 Nov to go Willetton to West Perth. The cab did not arrive. at 6:10 I booked a taxi and it Did arrive and do the job. minutes prior to the booked Pick up time Uber cancelled the job. So, I don’t use Uber as I regard them as unreliable.

Never use this service again! – There moto is an absolute joke! “ On time every time”. Taxi driver was 12 mins late picking us up to go to the airport. We had to ring to find out where he was. 15mins onto our trip. Didn’t even know where to park at airport parked in the bus zone. Missed our flight by 3 mins had to pay $400 to get on another. When we complained to Shofer didn’t even bother to respond to our complaint. NEVER AGAIN SHOFER. You are not a Shofer service, more of a back yard service. Very unprofessional and change your moto.

better than uber!! – Did a pre booking and driver was waiting out side for me 10 minutes before and helped carried my bags! had driver kyle! very friendly and helpful, very highly recommended to use this service i found a lot better than uber!!

Professional Service – I 'll try them out. Booked for 12/02/2018, destination T1, Perth Airport. Pickup time was spot on, driver Kendall. Another booking, 16/02/2018 for the return home. Again spot on. I did ask for the same driver, not an issue. Very pleased. My only suggestion, to extend tracking of the driver/car to 10 minutes out, instead of 5.

Terrible service – I pre booked my first ride for Friday 6:45 am. Received a call from head office @ 6:50 am that driver had a problem with car and they are sending another driver who will be there in 10 minutes and the ride will be free! I have waited till 7 am and call them, was told it will take another 10 minutes for driver to get there...my breakfast meeting was @ 7:20 am....I have canceled it and would never use their service again!

Shofer SUCKS - Do NOT use if you need to be somewhere – Shofer APP does NOT work ie message stating "your driver is 6 minutes away" for 15+ mins. Then "...5 minutes away" for 20+ mins etc. So waited outside in the rain to ensure I did not miss the driver. Driver was a NO show!! My Perth CBD business meeting canceled!! Result: wet, feeling sick & feverish, 'Shofer App' deleted!! Formal complaint to relevant authorities & publications pending. Do not use 'Shofer' if you NEED to be somewhere!!

Very realistically priced – So far seems to be a good service. Well priced and good to deal with and nice cars. Hopefully will continue to be great service. Polite and easy to deal with.

Best in the West – The team at Shofer Perth and in particular Renata have been amazing. After being let down by Uber for a multiple and difficult booking, Shofer saved the day! And within 24 hours. Not a good service – I pre-orderd my shofer for my works Christmas dinner, we had to collect another couple and the car was late, so we were late. getting ready). I was told just to order the car when he arrived so that it would show my first ride and not prebooked. The ride ended up costing $76 in total!!

Got an uber home it was $20 cheaper.

The driver was a really nice guy but just way too expensive. I won't be using or recommending to anyone!
