get a refund. So I replied that same day saying please refund this item. I used afterpay to pay for this item. As I'm not familiar with afterpay I just guessed you paid it in full. Then once its paid you would get a refund.

Three weeks later I received an email saying my item has been sent. Instantly I emailed them back saying dont send it. The item has now arrived at my house I've sent two emails saying I never wanted this not one person has replied to my emails.

Has to be the worst support service I have ever seen .so if you're buying anything from this company make sure you want the item. Otherwise they will not answer your emails or refund you just appalling that no one is hereto help you. Will never use this website again.

deduced that it’s necessary for me to buy another but really, it’s too much effort to let a customer know you’re not going to be able to fulfill their order?

Order only shipped after follow up email – Purchased an item, everything went smoothly, received order confirmation and that was it. Nothing. Waited 2 weeks and still had not heard anything so had to email their support team to find out what was happening. But why was my order not shipped prior to this? Payment was immediate, item was in stock... but nothing. Makes me think if I hadn't followed this up I would have still been waiting for an order that had never been shipped.

Good customer service in terms of prompt reply, however no reason was given as to why my order hadn't been shipped. You're welcome for me reminding you to do your job.

So just be careful if you're making a purchase that needs to be shipped relatively quickly.

Good service, fast delivery – Ordered my product on Saturday evening, shipped Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning from Victoria to Sydney. Faultless shopping experience, just the way it should be. I chose this vendor over others online who had the same product significantly cheaper ($50 vs $35), due to their good reviews vs bad ones for the other vendors. I'm glad I decided to go this way!

Top service – Purchased Surefit chair covers on line. After-sales support from ShopInside was excellent. Overall service amongst the most conscientious I've experienced. While there were some questions and concerns about the product itself, these were fully addressed. Australian based company; quick and easy communication: recommend.

Friday, today is Thursday and my amended order has already arrived, well within the 10 day delivery time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I even received my credit the following day, even though they wouldn't have received the goods by then. Unbelievable service supplying quality goods.

Badly made product – I bought a burgandy satin sheet set and the elastic broke on the fitted sheet when I put it on the bed. The sheet is badly made the elastic not long enough to fit on bed so it snapped when I put it on the bed. It has to be tucked in and keeps coming loose, very annoying as it cost a fair bit $75.95 plus postage $12.95. No elastic on the fitted sheet
