Shopping Oz

No communications – Paid in good faith for a product funds left my account. No communications as to whether my order is on its way or not. I will contact the Australian Federal Police fraud division and report this company. I fear they are a scam. Wasn't given any notifications so I don't have anything invoice number.

product is to save you kneeling on ground if you have bad knees. Well, it is too much stress on the knees trying to sit on the seat, even at maximum height, and you need something to hang onto to to help get onto the seat. The same applies when you want to stand up. The concept is good but the product definitely not worth $135.99 and the seat should rise higher so you can sit on it comfortably before adjusting to lower height. Although the seat rotates, the product only goes in one direction and can't be turned. Definitely not a helpful product to anyone with bad knees. The delivery and notification process was good.

Avoid at all costs – Spam and constant harassment from this lot even though I have never signed up to be contacted and they will not remove my details. 100% AVOID!!!!

Delivered wrong item but refunded in 1 day – I received my order and it was a cheap knock-off from what I ordered. After sending them an email I got an answer and refund of the full price in 1 day. they are trying to sell more of a product not in stock. The other reviews are very bad and I only saw afterwards but if you pay with PayPal you should have no issues anyway if there is a problem.

Customer Service – Shopping Oz could not have been more helpful when supply issues delayed an order I made. They kept me informed and gave me the option of a refund when a time line for delivery could not be guaranteed. Simply excellent customer service and I will shopping with ShoppingOz again.

Easy and Quick to order. Got the refund for wrong order – I shopped online. The prices are good as compared to other businesses offering the same products. I by mistakenly ordered same product 2 times and kept a mail to cancel the product and refund my money. After waiting 1 week i got my money. Good quality products. Easy to access choose and click and payment options were great.

Misleading and ghosting – I ordered one thing and received something similar but entirely inferior. Customer support assured me they would fix it but instead ghosted me.

Product faulty and no action from company despite numerous requests – We purchased an ice machine in September 2021. At the end of February 2022 the ice machine stopped working as is faulty. We have been since been tirelessly chasing an exchange or refund with absolutely no action from the company for over six weeks.

7 months and nothing happened – We paid $1,271.78 for a massage chair. Stay away from ordering from Shopping Oz! – Same common story from me - item on website paid for and then told on back order then refund offered but waited so long I threatened to put in a dispute via PayPal and gave them a week to respond. This didn’t faze the person or persons behind Shopping Oz so PayPal had to be involved. I am very wary of the very few positive reviews on this site. I am amazed consumer protection has not closed Shopping Oz down!

If only I could have left a ZERO Star rating – Purchased a tent early Sept 2021. It was in stock but back ordered straight away. Long story short like everyone else, it NEVER CAME Lots of emails, promises about delivery and supposed refund .... blah blah blah just like everyone else's reviews nothing ever happened. Scam company – Charged my credit card then said stock not available. We chose to wait for stock and after 5 months still no stock so asked for a refund. One month after requesting refund, still no money. Reporting to consumer affairs, do not buy anything from this company. Olivia W (if that is your real name, I doubt it), you are a disgrace.

Buyer beware – Bought a electric scooter has a issue not fully charging and low on power messaged them back and forth for weeks nothing resolved but from someone with a store and a contact number not azua if something goes wrong your stuffed

Terrible customer service – Took them two months to process a refund and another 1.5 months to track another order and tell me it still wasn't dispatched. In the end, the customer service agent blamed me and said I shouldn't complain as they had already sent me many order updates when I had only received one at the beginning of this ordeal.

Worst company – I have had the same story as everyone else who has written a review. After passing through a couple of different named businesses i was finally emailed a tracking number from Aus post. The parcel still took 3 weeks to be delivered because of the parcel backlog. I still thought i was being scammed. Anyway, it turned up at the post office today. All good. Exactly what i ordered in excellent order for a freaking great price with 10 dollar freight charge for a 40 kg parcel. About 8 weeks from order to delivery. I would never do business with them again.

Next time I contacted them they said it has been shipped and they would get in touch shortly with a consignment number. And then nothing. Two months later still waiting for the product or my refund. It also came up as a completely different company on my CC statement (SA Hair Nail & Beauty). Do not buy from this website.

Scam company be warned! – Exactly the same scenario as the previous reviews - mattress in stock online then when order placed, Olivia W emails saying it’s out of stock.. emails to them stating I would follow this up with consumer ombudsmen and funny my refund appeared 2-3 days later. Def worth writing to them repeatedly.. and also be aware that you can go to your bank and ask for transactions to be reversed if they are scam companies. Just in case anyone is having trouble getting their money back.

Surprised to see negative comments – I received the perfect delivery service from this store. And the quality of the chairs are very good. They delivered on time maintaining perfect safety measures. I am very surprised to see the negative comments on this store. I was happy shopping here.

Out of stock – I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered within 2 business days. I received an email to state it was out of stock. Why wouldn’t they remove it from their website?
