We’ve got a Siemens ceramic induction cooktop which has a crack in it near the front edge. Looking at the reviews about Siemens appalling customer service record, I dread making the call.

Same problem, poor quality and poor customer support. Had a glass gas hob and it cracked and of course it was our fault because we weren’t careful with our pot placement. Had their oven and components inside rusted and again our fault because we live by the sea. Rubbish product and rubbish service.

Not worth – We bought Siemens gas hob for $2100 and the glass cracked within 2 months of use. Asked Siemens for Warranty they sent third party to access. He told us that it's a crack from heat impact of wok burner but Siemens refused to repair saying it's not manufacturing fault and it' crack is result of an impact. So be careful before you buy this product or any of Siemens products cause they are fragile and Siemens will deny any warranty claim.

Siemens Ovens do not last – We purchased a new combo oven/microwave in 2017. The warranty was for 5 years and into our 6th year the microwave unit broke with rust holes located in the roof of the oven. Siemens customer service is appalling – Our brand new range hood stopped working after 30 minutes. That was over 6 weeks ago. It is still not working and we have now been advised it will be another 1-2 weeks. Siemens products are expensive and for the price I would expect better service.

Dishwasher – 8years old - door springs broken. My old Miele went for 30 years without a fault. Useless repair service- wouldn’t order parts until they had seen it although it was quite clear what was needed. Now have to wait for part to arrive before they will make appointment to fix so another week lost. Don’t buy Siemens

Do not buy Siemens iQ700 ovens – Bought 2 iQ700 ovens. The timer and cooking time can only be set with about 8-15 full wrist turns of the rotary knob. It goes 1 sec, 2 sec etc in 1sec increments to 30 secs then 5 sec intervals to 1 min etc. This cannot be used by a person with any degree of arthritis and even without this is tedious. unhelpful condescending – Excessive explanations instead of fixing the machine, even after saying to just fix it all and get the parts to do so, refusing to fix it if it wasn't placed from plinth to floor, not helpful at all, I would not recommend this company.

companies sell products in Australia but have no spare parts. I asked for my issue to be escalated and was told Head Office would call me back in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. I just called again for the 3rd time and now I'm told head office takes 1 week to come back. Honestly what an absolutely disgusting customer service experience - Siemens you're a joke

Won’t buy Siemens products – Now that I know that Siemens is backing Adani I will definitely NOT be buying the Siemens pyrolitic oven I’ve been looking at nor the dishwasher I was going to buy. There’s plenty of other brands out there

$2000.00 dryer – The high tech dryer is not working any more and under warranty. Total silence from their after sale department after 2 weeks and 25 phone calls...what's next?? I should have bought a cheap LG... an expensive lesson. This is total fraud. Really not happy!!

Siemens values profit over the environment – I won't buy their products when they actively support destruction of the Australian ecosystem. Adani has struggled to find companies to help it build their latest mine and Siemens agreed despite huge protests.

Siemens is supporting Adani Mines financially – I won’t buy Siemen’s products. They are supporting the Adani Mine financially and thereby contributing to environmental problems in Australia. Boycott their products and help the company understand that they must be responsible for their actions.

Could be better!! – Rang and they say your call may be recorded for coaching purposes how about coaching your staff transferred 4 times, one lady terrible say it wasnt siemens lol when it clearly was we cant help you lol. Really! eventually spoke to Peter from tech support who was helpful

Siemens Cashback – Part of the 2019 cashback offer which is NOT highlighted in the promo was that, once all documentation is provided to Siemens, they take 60 days to refund the money. was contacted and queried about their LENGTHY DELAY in providing a refund, they simply said they would comply with their 60 day terms. Certainly not a business I would EVER be dealing with again, or recommend.

Disappointed – Every appliance we own is Siemens. Not one of them work properly. Oven has broken twice, Dishwasher has fallen apart internally and the washing machine has been repaired twice. The microwave is now broken and out of warranty, estimated quote $500. So incredibly disappointed and stressed, especially for the $$$ we spent.

Siemens HR676G8S1A/01 – 1.Bought top of the range washing machine..IQ800. It never washed my clothes properly .. IDos fault detected. Siemens took approx 2 months to replace machine.. found Water was pooling in the bottom of oven.. Ie over a litre with red error code E5116, E5135 across the screen. Has taken Siemens again 2 months to replace.

3. Installed replacement oven today (25th Jan 2016) .The replacement oven has the exact same error code and water pooling in the bottom.. This is a major safety issue with water pooling and trickling 1cm from the fan.

4. Between the washing machine and oven I have spent hours on the end of their customer service line... Waiting.. waiting to speak to a customer service rep reading the same troubleshooting guide that I had from the product manual. Think I will go for a straight refund this time.. Not to mention the electrical contractor fees involved installing and uninstalling. Unluckiest & most unhappy customer.

Seimens Machines are terrible!!!!!! – I bought Seimens washing machine and dryer in 2009 (Winnings) .. One month and five visits by the technicians (outsourced) I still have a machine that will not spin a full load (or even a quarter load) of washing ....
