they are selling products that are at Best before date and trying to mislead customers with apparent sales. they were not willing to discuss any returns or refunds, i do not recommend this company.
Great Price and Great Service – Bought some flea & tick medication from them because they have the lowest prices in Australia and the US. Transaction through Paypal went through without any problem. The medicine arrived in the US relatively fast. Only took about a week (I ordered from another company based in Australia - took about a month.). They have an excellent rating on Ebay.(the reason I decided to order from them). Would definitely buy from them again! A+++!!!
If anything is urgent - don't use these people – I was looking for a good price and paid the extra for express shipping, Ordered by lunch time Wednesday..Goods didn't move till the weekend according to their tracking and we are still waiting, Express postage via Australia post is usually overnight
Excellent service & strongly recommended – On ordering 4 items from Sierra, 1 was slightly incorrect. I sent an email after business hrs & rec'd a positive reply immediately. Replacement was sent via express post. Incorrect product was not required to be sent back only an offer of keeping it or donating to a dog refuge. Correspondence was extremely polite & friendly. A HUGE thankyou to this company.
Do not buy this rubbish, it does not work and they do not get back to you – Do NOT buy this expensive rubbish! It does NOT work!! They don't reply their emails, FB, don't even answer their phones!! Absolutely disgusted in this company and their products!! Very angry.
