Love this stroller! – I bought this on sale on the Silvercross website recently to have a lightweight alternative to my Wayfarer which I can take travelling interstate, and am quite impressed with it! You can use it from birth as it has a lie flat position (there is also a seperate newborn nest pack that you can buy which makes it rear facing also, but I didn't bother getting this as my son was already 4 months old at time of purchase). It's really easy to adjust the seat position up and down, just have to make sure you put it back up before trying to fold, which is easy enough. It folds quite compact and has a carry handle on the side too. I think my favourite thing about this stroller is the hood - there's this handy little pocket on the back of it which is great for chucking your keys/phone/cash in on quick walks where you don't wanna lug a bag along, and the hood itself unzips and extends out to cover your baby completely to protect them on sunny days, it has mesh panels on the extension for airflow. There is a mesh panel up top to see baby when extended and a peekaboo window when zipped up. The stroller also comes with a footmuff and seat liner included. The only negatives are the small basket underneath which can be hard to get things into, but I feel like for a stroller this is somewhat to be expected, and also that I wish it came in other colours (there was only Sand and Black available when I purchased - not sure if they are discontinuing and that's why it was on sale?) I'm not 100% sure I would have bought this at full price of $499, but for what I paid ($199) I'm extremely happy with it and if you can get it on sale I think it's a great lightweight option to use from birth.

Extremely wobbley handles bad customer service! – I brought the stroller on sale for $230, the first thing I noticed was the wobbley handles which I rang up straight away silvercross customers service, they weren't helpful and said the handles were fine, I was unhappy with the pram but they said since I already opened up the box they were not able to be given a refund. Waste of money, I rather buy maclaren, built to last strollers compared to this cheap stroller. I asked on Facebook silver cross if they had handle issues before and they said no and blocked me on their page. They pretend that they didnt block me, Worst customer service will never purchase again from them. What I love is the oversized hood and recline layback for newborn. Easy steering, but extremely wobbley handles which is very annoying. Their response is because the handles are adjustable there is suppose to be movement. I find this a BIG flaw in the design. Bad customer service all round will not be recommending to family And friends.

great, easy to use stroller; perfect for the car – At baby number 3, I finally decided to invest in an easy-to-use, lightweight stroller. I chose the Silvercross reflex as it was on sale at Baby Bunting at the time of purchase. I love this stroller - it is light and easy to use & comfortable for baby. It also features full lay back and extra large hood so sun doesn't get in baby's eyes. I can fold it and put in the back of my sedan with one hand and the baby in my other arm. Really happy with the purchase. I only wanted a lightweight stroller for use in the car - I have an old Emmalunja that I use for walking.

Only negatives are the small carrier bag underneath the stroller seat which is difficult to get items into and out of & that there is no rear facing position (although I believe you can buy this as a separate attachment).

A great, easy to use product.

Light, very portable, fast and easy stoll away – After being disappointed in having the Rozibaby pram, we decided to look around. There are many similiar urmbrella strollers, some lighter some with more bells and whistles. Silver Cross does well for this stroller, provided you gotten it on Sale. I bought this at $299 from Baby Bunting, now compared to $750 for a Rozibaby pram, it has better braking system, easy reclining of seat, very comfortable cusioning, peek a boo window, sun hood covers all the way, LED side blinkers for night safety, and fold within less than 10 seconds in and out of your car!

The quality is pretty good, the seat belt is very safe unlike Rozibaby pram. Wif and myself have no issues folding and unfolding this stroller. I should have bought this than a fancy pram that was hard to use. It comes with a foot muff reducing the need to buy too many accessories. I highly recommend this stroller.
