I’ve been buying from these guys for as long as I can remember. Last week, I noticed the battery in one of my newer headsets wasn’t holding a charge as expected. I called them, sent over a few details about the faulty headset… and voila, a replacement was arranged in no time. The customer service team has mastered their game. Whether it’s making a new purchase or reporting an issue, they’ve got you covered.
The customer service is excellent when placing new orders, but it becomes a nightmare when dealing with product issues. If you contact Simply Headset for support, they will direct you to the manufacturer whose phone is never answered. When you follow up with Simply Headset, they offer no further assistance. this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend any business to use the products they sell. 90% of the product we purchased were stopped working. Most of the new ones we purchased stopped working within 6 months after purchase. Contents in this Photo are some of the broken headsets purchased from Simply Headsets.

Product as advertised or better, Fast delivery. :). The personal communication style made my day :) (Ps. item included the dongle and a Case for it with integrated charging stand, unlike the JB Hifi/ Office work ones that do not include them for same price).

Exchanging is a nightmare – If you are a private consumer do not purchase from them. Ordered a headset charger, it ended up being the wrong charger. Not sure what went wrong there, but happy to take the blame. Took 4 weeks of emails and phone calls to get someone to get back to me. They asked that I post it back to start the exchange. started (not including the postage time, just by waiting for paper work). Now they have the stand and say they wont do the exchange, because there is no box and the package is ripped.
1. It did not come in a box, other than the postal box. Only bubble wrap and brown paper. 2. I had to open the package to realise it was not the right charger. How else do they think I came to the realisation it was incorrect. The photo is what they sent me as their reason to not process the exchange.
The product was never used, as it did not fit my headset.

we urgently needed to get a batch of USB headsets for staff members who were working at home. The freight company messed up and instead of delivering the shipment, did a "return to sender"... eeek! A phone call to Larisa and a second batch was shipped to me at my home address without Simply Headsets waiting for the original shipment to be returned to them - excellent service that made a huge difference to our business at the time.
Great service with fast delivery – Ordered pair of new Jabra Evolve2 75 on Saturday, then I get a courtesy call from Simply Headsets on Monday to let me know that they have received the order and that it will be processed ASAP. Also they wanted to confirm whether I have selected the correct USB type. And by Wednesday, I receive the new headset. End to end service and process is seamless. One of the best place I've dealt with in recent time.
Great Service – I purchased x2 headsets (both different models) through SH. I had two return one of them as it felt uncomfortable in my ear. They accepted the return and issued a credit towards the new unit. Everything was rapid and all staff were quick to communicate. Very happy.

Quick delivery great customer service – I ordered a headset which had a USB c and normal USB option. I ordered the USB c which was a mistake but the customer service picked up it was probably a mistake and called me. We missed each other’s calls but sorted it out via email. They are super friendly and helpful. Delivery was 3 days so super quick too
Great sales service – Ordered a Jabra Evolve 65 MS Stereo that is listed on Simply Headsets website as having a range of 30 metres. Headset arrived the following day which was great, however when trying to use it maximum range I was able to get was 10 metres which was insufficient for my needs. day conversing with Jabra to see if there was an issue. Finally after contacting Simply Headsets back I was told that the 30 metres is a maximum range - it does not say this in the description. I have now ordered a different headset and have to send the original one back for a refund. To give Simply Headset credit, they have been easy to connect with and you are speaking to staff in Australia who are knowledgeable. They have agreed to reimburse the cost of sending the original headset back so have gone above an beyond to sort out the issue in the end. Big thank you to Dan for sorting everything out for me.
Brilliant service – I ordered my third item from Simply Headsets - a Poly headset for my home office - yesterday and it was delivered this morning. Life in the office is so much easier – Sophie was very clear with her instructions in having me check all my connections with my headset. She was able to successfully get my headset working in a clear and rapid time frame. I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding.
Professional interaction; great outcome – The guys and girls at Simply Headsets were extremely 'on the ball' and helpful with my order; contacted me several times to ensure we had the right product I needed.
Sophie barwick was ex helpful, I was very impressed on how she helped me over the phone – Sophie told me not only how to put the headset together (as I had no manual) but also on how to use it and it all worked at the end. Sophie knows her stuff.
Exceptional customer service – Delay in receiving order. Emailed through a inquiry on the status of order, the staff emailed back promptly and followed up every step of the way including after we had taken deliver. She check to make sure we received the good, were happy with them and again expressed her apologies again. This was a transport issue (it was a national issue so we were understanding) however they still went above and beyond.

Great headset! – With so many options on their site I was a little lost however once I called up, the lady I spoke with was able to give me some great options that would do what I needed that were within my budget. I ended up with the voyager 5200 and love it. Needed a little help with getting it set up on pc but once again a quick call to simply headsets and they had me up and running in no time. Great product and great staff! Highly recommend
Superb service!! – I bought a Plantronics headset online and actually received a call from someone to check I'd ordered the right thing. As it turned out I hadn't so I was very pleased they contacted me!!! They even sent me extra info on setting it up that they'd put together to help customers. It made it very simple to connect up. I will definitely order from these guys next time we need a headset.
After Sales Experience Is Dreadful – Contacted them today after finding a split in my Jabra Motion Office headset through a rubber component that makes up half the ear piece. Lighting fast shipping. Product as described – Ordered this at midday on a Thursday. It turned up Friday morning on the Gold Coast. The wired headset was well packed and was exactly as described. Very happy with this company.
