to get the blinds supplied or deposit refunded it has not happened. It’s been well over 2 months since we paid the deposit and no Blinds and no deposit returned. I strongly suggest, if are looking for blinds do not use Simpson Blinds, Craig cannot be trusted despite whatever reassurances he gives you.

Stay clear – Craig took $2.5k deposit from us in August 2018. In October 2018 he told us we would call in a week to discuss installation and we never heard from him again. We took him to VCAT last week (he didn’t show up) where the judge imposed a court order for him to pay us back plus costs. We still haven’t heard from him. By the look of other reviews we aren’t the only one! STAY CLEAR!!!!!

No After sales service whatsoever and now won't return emails or Calls – Received a measure and quote late last year 2017. Blinds installed and looks good, however now that I have an issue with warranty I have not been able to get onto anyone at Simpson Blinds. No return of calls and No return of emails. back from anyone at Simpson Blinds in order to resolve my warranty issue. Next step if nothing comes about from my last message to them is to report it to Consumer Affairs Victoria........

Deposit Paid - no blinds installed - unable to make contact with Simpson Blinds – My experience with Simpson Blinds and in particular [name removed] has been very disappointing and I would suggest that you do not avail yourself of their services. In Nov/Dec 2017 [name removed] attended on 2 occasions and provided advice for installation of 2 external blinds. [name removed] was terrific and I happily handed over my part… Read more

payment/deposit. It was agreed that the blinds would be installed in January. It is now past mid March and I have no blinds. Not only that - but it is impossible to speak with anyone from Simpson Blinds. Mobile, Landline both supposedly go to a call centre who say they are not associated with Simpson Blinds - they are however happy to take appointment / contact details for new blinds. Emails are not returned either. So approach Simpson Blinds at your own risk - I have never had an experience from a trades person like this before. I will be happy to add a positive comment if I have my blinds installed or my money refunded. Thanks John Riley

quality, advice and service (thanks Craig!) that we got them back to replace 4 bedroom awnings. Service is friendly with excellent advice and recommendations, prompt and efficient. Our new blinds are of excellent quality and look fantastic (fabric in modern range of colours that blocks out sunlight, but you can semi-see out of but you can't see looking in), plus we got motorised blinds that are operated via a very small remote control that can be wall-mounted inside. Simpsons organised for their electrician to do the electrical work, everything was done without a hitch. Even though motorised blinds are not cheap, they are fantastic if you can afford them - you just press a button and up or down they go, you can stop them at whatever point you like, half up/down, etc. No more clambering over the garden bushes or racing outside to beat the rain to put the blinds back up!
