in the dark, charge you without authorisation, unanswered phone services and no transparent forever, during last 8 years, they keep charging us without providing services we need. Recently their email server got problem, then they hosted us onto Zoho mail, after only a few month, we have over the limit of zoho mail, rather than solve the problem, they gave suggestions to us to pay them more to host another dark server we don't know. Do not deal with this company, you have been warned!!!

instruction, they try to talk fast so you cant catch up with what they said. I requested them to send me tutorial instruction, they throw me a bad one they just quickly recorded. They charged extra if you want to change any thing on your site even the job not done yet, but they still charged you. They charged us $900 to do the e-commercial web for us but none of the function working properly! The worst thing is when you want to cancel the service, they kept ringing to beg you to stay with them and promise ( again) they will fix the problem. They try to drag it long time so they can still direct deposit from you bank account. After a while they cant convince you, they said " you have to notice 30 days before cancellation">>>, then they send you the cancellation form but you have to fill up and post to the company in Melbourne. SO much mucking around just to cancel the service. you guys can access www.masternailsupply.com.au to see how bad the site is .( if you access now you will see it, but after month you will might see my new site bcz i just changed to new company) So please do not waste your money and time.
