Six-Eyed Scorpion Original Crispy Chilli Oil

Bought large jars of both the Original and Extra Spicy. Have to say, we both love it. We've put it on Nachos just after they come out of the oven. That works really well. Tonight we had Okonomyaki. We put streaky bacon on before it gets flipped in the pan. Dressed with Kewpie mayonnaise and spicy Okonomyaki sauce. Then topped with crispy fried shallots, toasted sesame seeds and Six-Eyed Scorpion crispy chilli oil, with all the crispy bits.. That works as a cracking flavour combo.

After eating we both find little bits of the crispy chilli bits hiding in your mouth which provides a lovely little flavour burst well after the meal is done.
