Especially seen as I was brand new to ecommerce, nothing was straight forward. I also figured out through hours of frustration that quite a few things in his course are outdated, and he hasn’t bothered to edit or leave a note on the module to tell you what the updated version is. He tells you to google things if you don’t know the answer which I found strange, especially as he is meant to be your ‘mentor’. I also won an ad video creative in one of his freebie giveaway competitions on the private mastermind Facebook group, I was super excited for it as he said his team would develop a guaranteed winning video for your product. I was highly disappointment when I received it. It was low quality and super basic.. . Nothing like the convincing ads he put together to sell his course to me.. that’s for sure! He also has unapproved a few of my questions that I asked on the Facebook group and I’ve also seen many others in the group comment on other people’s post threads asking him why he hasn’t approved their questions too. So much for wanting to help everyone achieve the same success as him! I realised that the course was super basic and I needed so much more information, so I went to YouTube. I wish I went here first before paying the money! :( there are SO many free videos that are much more worth it. They go into so much more depth, with updated information and also teach you so much stuff he doesn’t. Don’t believe when he says his course has exclusive information... smoke and mirrors... save your money and educate yourself for free on YouTube!!

senselessly and say they paid cash for their cars, but a quick search proves they have financed these cars over 7 years. Just lies. [Name Removed] is an arrogant wannabe Insta famous guy that lives in Adelaide, and he has never done e-comm in his life. He's simply an influencer promoting [Name Removed] course.

requested a refund due to a personal and real reason (not change of mind etc, the reason was really serious and totally understandable but i won’t mention here) and of course also because of dissatisfaction, he refused to provide a refund because “NO REFUND ACCEPTED” (this refund policy won’t be mentioned when you dm “ECOM”, so bare in mind, that is very suspicious) even it was a reasonable reason, he ignored my email for a week, so i opened a Paypal dispute, and he quickly escalated the case to a claim before I could submit anymore evidences, then over a week later he replied to my email just to make himself some proof to submit to Paypal defending himself. So for those who have been fooled by this and wanting to get a refund, ii would suggest- gather all your evidences and file a dispute with either Paypal or your card issuer to get your money back.

offered a cheaper course that was $430 which promised to give me everything I needed to know to start an online store and once I made "my first couple of thousand" I had to upgrade to the full cost to get assistance with scaling the store. I was reluctant to purchase but I am interested in this topic and I was constantly messaged through Instagram pushing me into the purchase. I paid the money by bank deposit and was sent a link to a video. The three hour video contained around one hour of actual information. The first hour was them talking about their luxurious life style and students results on repeat. Followed by one hour of information that was the most basic overview of starting an online store. The last hour was them basically trying to sell you the next course. I was so disappointed and felt very silly I paid them against my better judgement. I still want to start an online store and there is so much more involved then what they include in this video even just to get started. I went searching for more information as I felt completely unprepared after watching this course and found incredible videos on YouTube that are FREE and contain extensive and detailed information on the topic. Don't be fooled into this course, you can learn this information for free even though they make out on the video that this information is lucrative and hard to find anywhere else. After complaining I have been unable to get a response in regards to a refund. At first I was constantly messaged for payment and now that I have paid them and am not happy with the content I can't get a response. In my opinion if you are interested in starting an online store avoid this course and invest the money elsewhere. I have read similar review on reddit and on google.
