Skybridge's owner UGL.... no reply Finally today, the NBN website decided we did exist and I could put in a complaint, 3 to 5 business day wait for a reply, not holding my breath!!!!
Bad service – After reading reviews I was not surprised to sit around waiting for a site visit as new modem not working person was supposed to be here between 1-5pm today got phone call 4.20 pm saying can’t make it have to wait another week as only in my area every Friday.My mistake was changing telcos to save money probably should stayed with Telstra

Disgraceful – I reported to my ISP 4 days ago that my NBN modem had died and have been without the internet since then. coming out today because he hasn't got a replacement modem - but no apologies and no phone call from the contractor or Skybridge to advise same. Also Skybridge has no idea when they will have a replacement modem and the job order will have to be cancelled and a new job order issued and it would be days before they know anything. So still no internet for me and will not have any for over a week and yet zero care by Skybridge. Disgraceful customer service.
Absolute [redacted] around – I'm currently in the process of recovering after a flood and needed my NBN installation inspected to make sure it's all safe to use. everything was up and running again to which I replied "they scheduled it, but never showed up". I was then told that apparently I had told them to reschedule the appointment (which I ABSOLUTELY did not), so it was rescheduled to Thursday between 1 and 5 - the morning of which I received a text that said "Hi sorry but nbn will be contacting you shortly to re book your job for next Monday or Tuesday" - over 2 hours later and "shortly" still wasn't achieved.
I'm just glad I don't need my internet for work, this is just ridiculous, 0/10 would not recommend.
Worst Service Ever – I also wish that I could give this company a zero I live in a remote area and rely on my internet for everything including my phone after 5 weeks without internet 13 phone calls and a lot of crap from sky bridge like we only have one technician to cover from the Victorian border to central west I finally had a technician come and fix my problem… Read more
who was fantastic and also informed me that he had been in the area several times over the last 5 weeks and could have fixed issue if he had been given the job earlier
Great Customer Service – Contacted our original Solar Power installer and was forwarded to Skybridge who managed to review our inverter and found it to be faulty. They sent someone out within 2 days of our call and within 1 week we had a new Solar Inverter installed. I cannot fault their customer service. Ajay was brilliant in coordinating the information and the visits to our home.
Most useless company ever!!! – Wish I could give a zero! Terrible service!! that someone would call back but had to call them back an hour later as no one had called only to be again told oh no no one was scheduled to call you!! Then tried to get them to see if someone could come only to be told they are booked out and only service our area on Mondays… like WHAT?!?! I’m not taking time off work just to be told no one’s coming! They stuffed up and don’t give a crap! Very frustrated!!
Absolutely useless – It’s been 4+ months with no connection yet, they don’t tell you they’ve cancelled an appointment despite giving confirmation that it’s on, they also tried telling us one technician couldn’t come because he had Covid 3 times. The only guy in the country who’s had it 3 times apparently.
The worst FSP in NBN history – I ordered NBN through aussie broadband. Who were great. However was rescheduled 4 times, and each time received a message on the day saying the technician in the area had covid. Exactly the same message and exactly the same typos. No one to call or speak to. Horrible. These people should be stripped of their license. All other houses who went with telstra on the same street got it on the day they were promised through telstra.
The most unreliable company I have EVER dealt with – Satellite nbn installation was supposed to happen on the 24th march, now mid June and still waiting. Have not bothered to turn up twice with no contact, the make contact two weeks later with new random appointment time, then a text message the night before saying install cancelled, then another 4 week wait for an appointment then a text message… Read more
an hour and a half after they are supposed to have shown up saying they won’t be showing up. Call the company to get a new date and they say they will call me in two weeks with a new appointment!
What a joke!!! Starting to wonder if it will be installed by Christmas.
This is what happens when a company has the monopoly, they provide rubbish unacceptable service putting remote customers at the bottom of the IT barrel even more than they are!
People arrange their lives around appointments, they take time off work, they cancel other arrangements…. This company has no regard for anyone else because at the end of the day they get paid regardless!!

reschedule. The call centre staff all tell you different stories. Avoid having anything to do with this company or the companies that use them .
Reschedule after reschedule – We were given a date which we were unable to make. Rescheduled. We’re were texted that a closer date was available. Confirmed that we could do that morning, only to be later told they could only do that afternoon. Rescheduled again for a much later date.

Poor communication skills – 12/10/21 spoke to a customer service officer. I had difficulty understanding due to accent. Tone of voice became condescending. It was evident he was annoyed. I then terminated the call
No Thanks Skybridge for NBN installation – Arrived 2 hours late had to take annual leave they were trying to locate a signal from the tower but faced the dish in the opposite direction got on the roof fooled around for 20 minutes screwing and unscrewing my metal roof to finally reveal there is no signal despite all the other houses around having NBN from the local tower Telstra don't ever send this incompetent Skybridge back.
Skybridge should loose their NBN Install contract – I registered with my ISP for NBN fixed wireless. A day was proposed for the install in a couple weeks time. I was told the NBN installer would contact me before the scheduled day to provide an approximate time (e.g. morning or afternoon). I never received any call. receive a call from Skybridge saying
"Hello, COVID-19 is presenting our world with unprecedented challenges, some of those challenges are restrictions with our deliveries as such your NBN installation will not proceed as planned. Our team at Skybridge are working hard to get you connected and will contact you when we can provide you with a new booking date"
It would seem that Skybridge are now pulling the "COVID card". What's annoying is if Skybridge felt that COVID was restricting their work then why wait to the last minute to message the customer?
I note that if I needed to reschedule the link provided to me via NBN/ISP only permitted me to give 48hrs notice. Why couldn't Skybridge offer the same courtesy that is requested from the customer?
I would have preferred an obvious but honest excuse... "Skybridge are unable to complete your install as it's forecast to rain and we don't want to get on the roof"???
I rang my ISP to ask what was happening, and when the install would occur. My ISP spent 10min trying to get information. They responded saying NBN order the install and they have no control over the installer, A new install date can not be given.
What a joke. I've been waiting weeks. I get the feeling Skybridge are working the system to dodge their contractural SLA's with NBN.
Needs knowledgeable and firm supervision – Unfortunately the nbn installer turned up 6 hours early so installed without supervision. This was the worst, most thoughtless and shoddiest install it was possible to do. Terrible customer service. 2 missed appointments, no notification, waste of time – Skybridge have a contract to install NBN fixed wireless services from Ericsson who manage the NBN fixed wireless roll out and operation. home waiting for no one to show up. They flood you with confirmation calls and sms's the week of install to make sure you will be home on the date of installation and then they don't show up. Great customer service.
