Gosh looks like we have fallen victim to this also, scooter arrived and worked really well for the first 3 months, bolts now loose and makes a racket when driving - unable to resolve ourselves. Contacted the sales email address and had an email response to ask for video / pictures of the fault and since then nothing. Have read the similar stories above as found this when trying to find contact information which has disappeared and contact number disconnected. Is there anything we can do?

I have been trying to contact Sky Walker but the website seems to be down? No one answers the phone but people reply to the messages. Not sure if i have been scammed as we are still waiting for our scooters to be delivered. :(

So many people saying they won’t pay return postage, they have to, it’s the law in Australia for faulty products. Lodge complaints with the ACCC. Don’t let these companies get away with this blatantly illegal behaviour. They know what they are are doing.
