I have waited 7 weeks for my settlement money to come in. No one has responded to my emails and I was sent a link to review slaters as my case was finalised. I didn’t get my money. Is this normal. I am at the point of going to the legal services commission
Donna I am going to the the services commission theses white Coller crimes should be taken down fined to the max and de barred more of us that do this the better chance they go out of business, and no more people will be hurt
Are people being PAID by Slater and Gordon for false reviews or do Slater and Gordon WRITE their own reviews.
I am a client of Slater and Gordon. I was not paid to write my review and my review was an honest and true account of my experience.
People's experience hugely differ.
If you ask too many questions they ghost you.

Are you able to contact Centrlink and make them hurry up with whatever paperwork it is we are waiting for so I can recieve my settlement? I have been told there is no-one to contact over it, but Centrelink have multiple numbers a departments. It's been around a month and the 28days for payment hasn't even started ticking, I think. I am unsure, as Ben in Ringwood seems to be bad at communication!

Lodged complains no response Tried calling Slater and Gordon Melbourne to discuss why after approximately 7 weeks I haven't received my request for an itemized account. On one of my review's the response was I had waited 12 months and therefore could not be provided. I telephoned my Lawyer the same day I received the invoice from Slater and Gordon and that was correct, it was approximately 12 month's after settlement (WorkCover) I was totally shocked at the cost I was charged and how much Gallagher Bassett had paid Slater and Gordon. I have had a very unpleasant time trying to resolve this with the lawyer involved.
I am requesting my complete file as advised ( costing review supreme court) I have given Slater and Gordon more than a reasonable time to at the very least update me with the process. I will eagerly await a telephone call your organisation.

No phone call received from Slater & Gordon complaints. No email received regarding my request for an itemized account. No idea were you obtained your information from. Please send my complete file to address that has been provided. Please mail my itamized account to address supplied to Slater and Gordon.
Still cannot believe the terrible communication from what I thought was a large and well respected organisation.
The only people that truly assisted me and communicated promptly and professionally was the original law firm Nicky Carbone in Essendon that I engaged in for most of my WorkCover claim. Joseph Carbone was prompt and professional, never left client's waiting, always kept me fully informed.
Am sad and extremely upset with my Lawyer that insulted me during a telephone call and one Lawyer from Melbourne branch who actually phoned me back and apologized for her attitude and behaviour during a call. Please listen back to the call's I made to Slater and Gordon and at no point was I anything other than polite.

Same issue with my tax receipt... Asked for it in December, next year in May still no reply or tax receipt. I went to Legal Services Board TWICE, finally got my tax receipt and account in July after weeks of them saying I would get it today, or Thursday or end of the week!!
Why is my claim (initially told i would be compensated in excess of 750.000.00) now continually dropping. At 300.000.00 now and still no resolution. Three different Solicitors over three years, 1st promised the earth, 2nd had no idea and third... The Jury is still out on.
You got lucky! I was told around $120k-$150k by the lawyer. 2 years later, I got half of the first figure and all my medico legal and lawyer costs came out of that. So naff all really and the whole injury claim process not worth it at all.

S&G actively pursue negative comments and also claim defamation. I know because they did it to me. That's most probably why.

I am not a moderator here, needless to say if it was not posted I did not get a chance to even read it. You should contact Product Review directly and demand an answer. I am confident they will give you an answer as to why your review did not meet their guidelines for posting. O and by the way this is not the only site you can have your say so even if you can't post here tell your story elsewhere. If it's important to you others will want to see it.
