Worst bed ever purchased in 2016 Sleepmaker has discontinued it of course!!!! – I agree with the previous review this bed is the worst bed ever!!! They only offer repairs they try not to replace of course and wear and tear is not covered under their 10 year warranty only manufacturing fault such as springs will be replaced. I have had it for 5 years no wonder it was discontinued Sleepmaker!!! I Will never buy from you again. Gone are the days where mattresses last longer than 10 years, disgraceful, the warranty is worthless in my opinion, shame on you Sleepmaker!!!!

Another person with backache. Sleepmaker, I want my $5500 back – Sleeper maker Galaxy gel top. After a few months our bums would touch the bed base below the mattress due to total lack of support. My wife started sleeping on the lounge due to the back pain this mattress was giving her. Had the mattress return to sleepmaker. They "repaired" it, and it arrived back yesterday. Needless to say, it's only 10% better . Rang sleepmaker and they said there is nothing more they can do, as they consider the mattress repaired. End of story for them. $5500 down the drain. Do not buy this mattress, a bag of chopped up foam would give more support and less back ache !
