they never did. I wanted to send the watch back to them but there is address to send it to which is [Content Removed]. I will never buy anything online again. I used my bank card which I cannot post due to safety reasons.

Very very very bad! – Received my watch just after Christmas Could not get it to work properly then the watch face had lines all through so you could not read it Requested a refund on 22Jan2024 with no response. Have tried to contact company more than six times with no luck. Read several reviews and if I had read them before I would not have ordered! No come back from anywhere not credit card or PayPal!! Steer clear of this company do not buy!!!

this is the wrong app not supported by Apple and I must install an app from the Apple App Store

I search for apps for the smart watch on Apple app using ‘smart watch’ or ‘vitality watch’ and cannot find any that will set up as they keep saying that my Bluetooth is off, but it is ON AND GREEN BAR in my settings

I also cannot find any instructions, nor icon on the phone to reset the date and time- both of which are wrong since the phone’s first charge up

Not good – I am very disappointed with this watch. I can't swipe to start, find what I want and am on my way for a refund. So disappointed. Very poor app compared to my friends one

Worked only two weeks – Watch lasted 2 weeks. Four Emails returned undelivered. Cannot contact bodywise.

Absolute Rubbish – Will not connect to any watch, tried since Nov to return it, its now Jan and still no reply to emails other than to say return being assessed What a load of rubbish

Smart watch not working as advertised – I received the watch after more than a week. However, I initiated a return from the email address given. An automatic reply of ‘we are reviewing your request and will respond’ was received. I am still waiting. I should have read the reviews here before the purchase.

Unhappy – Watch lasted about one month then stopped working. Have contacted Smart Bodywise who advised me to login to my account and follow the Return Procedure. There is no procedure to follow and there is no response from the company. Poor service for a poor product.

vitality watch – ITS NOT A SCAM, recieved in around 12 working days, good quality build, works as described, do agree communication needs alot of work, i did try to email and got not reply, other than that watch works great good battery life, and no issues with watch, recommended seller

This watch is useless and does not last – I received my watch and charged as per instructions, it started to loose charge quickly then it started to burn my skin whilst losing charge and now will not charge or work - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - for all the hipe and nonsense they provided in the advertising of this product it does not live up to your expectations, The company is non responsive to any concerns that you have and target unsupecting seniors.

No, it isn't a scam – Have received Smart Bodywise ZL02Pro to New Zealand ordered Dec 1st delivered Dec 8th. This product is everything it claims to be. Build quality is good. Very pleased with it. Instructions a bit vague but are in English.

Scam do not buy – Bought it, received tracked number from carrier in China, then from Evri as received to deliver and lost on the middle of the delivery nearly 30 days after, trying to contact BodyWise no return, they are scammers be careful.

Its a SCAM don’t even think about it! – Ordered and paid for around 30 days ago, tracking number and order number were not recognised when first queried, many more attempts to get a communication line working have failed. DO NOT place an order!

contacted them twice more but have yet to receive any response.

This watch is a ZL02Pro smart available on Temu for $A41.98 or AliExpress for $A29.85. It actually has some nice features and if I had only paid $30 for it I would not be so unhappy - the feature that stopped working was a reminder to drink water very 15 mins.

Smart BodyWise has a very professional looking website and there were no red flags that this is a scam.
