lodged a complaint with the office of fair trading and also disputed the transaction through my bank. Have since discovered warnings from Office of Fair Trading in both Vic and NSW warning customers to stay clear.

Didn't even last two days – Plastic prong which holds the two bands together snapped on day two. I contacted customer service, got an immediate response requesting photo which I sent. They came back with not their responsibility.

Poor communication. Company did not end up shipping the item. I cancelled through PayPal after not receiving any response to my emails. Only once i received my refund through paypal they finally communicated with a confirmation of shipping, which was not correct, it was not shipped at all. Bought a smart watch that didn't even last 1 year! – I bought a Amoled Screen Blood Pressure Heart Rate Smart Watch Fitbit Style, which didn't even last 1 year before it died. They have a 90 day returns policy. Seems like a scam to me. Not shipped from Australia – These are really cheap Chinese watches. Really disappointed as they don't look the same quality as the website shows. Was also shipped from China in flimsy boxes. Asked for a refund but havnt heard anything. Found them for $20 on ebay. Definitely don't buy from this "Australian " company.
Warranty on products non existent – purchased a fitbit watch for wife, band broke after 1week. contacted Smartware 3 times by email, told somebody would get back within 12-24 Hrs. still no resolution or communication.
