Buy from Aliexpress instead – Don’t buy from this company if you urgently need the item, I can see a lot of people here have waited weeks for delivery and then had trouble getting any response from them at all. Have since discovered I can buy all this stuff on Aliexpress.com at a fraction of the cost, two week delivery, instant contact and excellent refund/replacement policies. Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys.

Payment taken no product – Still trying to contact these loosers. Website should be taken down immediately. Want what I paid for over a month ago but they don’t answer phone calls or emails. Going to ring consumer affairs today.

Pathetic. Got there in the end – Unprofessional. I thought I was a victim of a scam. Took my money, extra for the fast postage. It took 6 weeks after a huge communications battle and I didn't get the color I ordered. AVOID.

I filed a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and was given a refund!! Funnily enough I received an email from an '[name removed]' at hello@lifeproofsuperstore.com.au letting me know 'the product was not in stock "as mentioned on their website" and therefore a refund given..'

Black Rat Company, not Blackberry Store [details removed] scammed – Never deal with Blackberry Store, Otterbox Aust, Smartphone Superstore, they took my money and never sent the MOBILE phone. I purchased Blackberry Priv and paid by Credit card, payment processed quick. Contacted 98163509 the phone never arrived. I went to look for Repair Centre for Blackberry in Linley Point, NSW 2066 never found the place. Dodgy business never send your Blackberry phones to Blackberry Store Gladesville, NSW.

Rating Zero - Scammed – Very quick to process the credit card payment. Sent an invoice without an ABN or other legal invoice requirements - this is when I smelt a rat. Multiple phone calls, full mailboxes, empty promises of waiting for a shipment to come. Will never deal with them or any of their multiple subsidiary companies. BEWARE! Needs to be reported.

Not a legitimate site – I ordered two otter box cases at the end of November and they still haven't arrived. I doubt they ever will! I wish I had done a background check on them before ordering - lesson learnt the hard way! I'm not sure how this 'company' is still 'in business'. I think I will contact Otterbox directly and see if they know what this website is doing.

Also got sucked in – Similar to other reviews here, they took money on Credit Card immediately but never sent the product and do not respond to email or phone messages. Do not deal with these guys, just a scam.

Total Scam – Took money on Credit Card immediately - never sent product. Impossible to contact. Had to go through the rigmarole of doing a chargeback via my bank. Do not deal with these guys. They may look cheaper then everywhere else, but they are just a scam shopfront.

To claim a refund I have had to lodge a dispute through my bank which is still in progress. I notified fair trade about this business however there is not much they can do but add this information to their database.

SCAMMERS – Ordered a lifeproof cover 28/11/16. They took the money straight away but no goods delivered. Did not answer emails but I actually got through by ph to [name removed] who promised a credit to my visa. 23/12/16 no credit received and the phone seems disconnected . Fair trading is my next call.

Con artists – Did not receive goods still waiting do not deal with them. Have phoned nsw fair trading and will submit this to them otherwise have been advised to contact bank re payment

Should be run out of business (FRAUD) – I purchased and paid for an iPhone 6/6S Plus Cradle & BasePlate. Despite the promise of fast delivery my items has not turned up. after a number of days trying she appologised and said that the delivery of there stock was delayed and once again promised me it would be sent in 2 weeks, I also requested a refund but nothing yet. I have tried again 24/9/2016 to contact them and no luck number goes straight to a full mail box. I will contact my bank now.

Stay away from this company and their other company OtterBox superstore – Bought items from OtterBox superstore, received invoice from this company. Wrong product arrived and despite emails (unanswered) and phone calls and promises to correct the situation, no correct case received and no refund. The only thing I've not bought via PayPal in years, as they don't offer PayPal...... Do not use either organization... Rip off.

complaint with my bank and fair trading. Thankful my bank will reimburse me and are doing a investigation into it. Just make sure you keep all receipts and emails to back up your complaint.

Recent order for 4 Samsung galaxy cases, I received iPhone ones. I've emailed them and had no response. I've tried calling them and can't even get through - I just get a recorded message saying the message bank is full. I've even tried sending a fax.

Avoid these guys. Their prices are good, but it's not worth the hassle of the nearly non-existent customer service, and the high chance of the order being wrong. I've written them one last email to give them to opportunity to refund my last purchase, otherwise I'm taking them to Fair Trading.

Edit: In the time it took me to write this review, I got a response to my email and they're arranging a refund for me. Happy they finally contacted me, but they have already lost my business.

Wrong Product Delivered – Did not receive what I ordered. The case I received fits a Samsung and I ordered a case for an iPhone. Will not respond to emails and message bank full when you call the number. 4-5 weeks and not resolved. Saw these reviews too late! Intend to go to Fair Trading.

Dodgy!!! – Ordered a Nuud case and three weeks later I'm still waiting. No answers to my emails either. I'm calling my bank to cancel the transaction.

Do not spend your hardearned money with this business! They do not deserve it.

It's a shame as in the past they were reliable but my recent experience & other reviews dating from April indicate that has changed.
