Quick delivery, product is exactly as it says and gave my teeth the cleanest feel combined with my electric toothbrush. Will recommend and purchase again when I need to. Website is straight forward and great range of products.

I haven't used their products, but their customer service is excellent. Almost immediate response when I asked for support to modify my order and invoice. Since the purchase, I've been feeling great about this company.

I was skeptical that the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner would work. The first time I tried it, I didn’t get much of a result. The second time I tried i, I went slow and steady and to my amazement it’s cleaned off caked on plaque that had been there for over a year. I highly recommend this product.

Ordered the pro water flosser and can say I will not be using normal floss ever again. Throughly enjoying the product, and does a good job of cleaning inbetween my teeth. Took a bit of getting used to but after a few days and an online video I got the hang of it. Would recommend this product. Show reply

I have been a member for over 35 yrs. Have lost their way poor service…incompetent people who don’t know anything about their job m. Too many accounts to monitor. Can’t access in time of need. Insane wait times. Staff does not care or want to help. Access impossible with too many stages of proof. So unhappy with this process. Nothing of there professional statements are true …. Been waiting for 3grs not an offer of a call back…

the product and to give it a try for a longer period. I sent another email saying please send me a return label postage and I’ll mail the item back and I want a full refund. He sends the address and if I want to keep the product, they will give a 20% discount. No return postage label. I emailed immediately after his email for the return postage label. Still waiting for his response. Very slow and painful return process.

They email non-stop, had to unsubscribe. Was very off-putting.

I am not having a good buying experience and I would not recommend the product or the company based on the experience.

I hope this review gets pushed to the very top because this needs to be known that their products are dropships from Temu, but they charge u 7x the price. So unless u like getting ripped off don’t shop from here.

I purchased a water flosser. So far I have only used the standard attachment (included with purchase) but it does a good job in giving you a clean that feels like you’ve just stepped out of the dentist eg, removes plaque build up along gums. the flosser in the shower as it is a bit of a messy activity when the water that builds up in your mouth needs to be expelled. I find the water dispenser needs to be refilled multiple times to complete the whole mouth. A good product with lots of benefits overall.

The Smile Therapy Water Floss (Pink) works really well and leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. It’s easy to handle, and the pink colour is a nice touch. The water pressure is good and OK for me. Overall, it’s a solid and effective product I’d recommend.

I absolutely love this teeth whitening product.i have noticed a visible difference jyst after a few uses, my my smile is so much brighter now.The process was quick and easy and I didn't experience any sensitivity which has been a problem with other products I've tried. I bought the water flosser pro from smile therapy and it works perfectly. I accidentally bought the wrong colour but smile therapy was able to fix that up for me no problem which is great! Amaxing customer service, amazing delivery time and an amazing product.

The kids electric toothbrush has been a game changer for my little one — she actually looks forward to brushing her teeth now! We did run into an issue with the toothbrush not charging one day, but the customer service team at Smile Therapy was exceptional. Easy purchase options through the website along with fast delivery. Great variety of items with all the information needed to know. I find websites vague and misleading in most descriptions, I did not come across that with Smile Therapy and I would happily continue purchasing from them in future.

I bought an electric toothbrush and an ultrasonic cleaner. Very pleased with both. My teeth feel super clean. The ultrasonic cleaner is fantastic and has removed build up that I was very self conscious about. Next purchase will be for tooth whitener. Super fast delivery too.
