HubSpot SMSglobal workflow didn't work – Hubspot SMSglobal workflows did not work for our account, and we couldn't automate for 8 weeks. Hubspot properties that the SMSglobal api sends data to didn't update for our account, and workflows didn't trigger.

Excellent service, a platform I could not do without – The service allows me to send sms messages from my laptop to family and friends who are overseas. It provides a very easy and economic way to do this. The support service and security is excellent, especially for some one like me who can struggle with the technology at times.

SMS global is not reliable service. any time can be offline and have issue for 3 to 4 days – We are using SMS global for our online e-commerce website for login and registration opt SMS. this is the 2nd time their service go offline in 3 months. last time go offline for 5 days. and this time from Thursday 12 Oct 2018 1:34:53 AM and until now 13-10-2018-15:31. still not live. because of there bad service this time we lose around 50000 AED… Read more

Sale. Friday our office close our customer service also close. so the hole Friday user cannot log in or register through SMS. only through email user place order. Saturday morning we come office we know that there service not working. the have issue in there service but they don't inform there customer. the don't call us the don't message us and the even don't email us about there service down. so we can switch to another SMS partner immediately. Now, so we already integrate another SMS service. and will no more use them. I m thinking if a sale event or promotion event and their SMS service go down. mean the hole sale event where the company spends a lot of money to arrange the event. Will be zero just because of them.

OUTAGES – SMS Global were offline for 5 days just recently (April 2018) and despite allegedly having huge customers affected there was no appropriate explanation from the company at all. can see when they don't send the messages. When I threatened to leave them, they offered cheaper pricing to keep me. A two tiered pricing system. The second tier was really cheap, but they said that it is "base pricing without a Custom Word (Sender ID)". I inquired around as to what this means and it was suggested that this is because they use "grey routes and can't provide that service" whatever that means. I googled the term and it doesn't sound at all good. And the rest of their prices are simply out of touch. Needles to say, I've moved my business.

Run far far away from this service – I used their service for awhile but stopped because messages weren't being sent. I have a pre paid account and had $45 in credits which they have refused to refund. Yesterday I got an email saying I've requested to reset my password. account. I was assured their system was secure. This morning there was 500+ delivery receipts in my inbox with the subject online banking and the message looked like it was a foreign language. I log into my account and found it has been used to send messages and my credit was used. I have contacted them via email with a screenshot of my account. I've asked for my account to be closed and my stolen credits refunded. Glad I didn't have a credit card listed. Don't expect I'll get a response. DON'T USE THIS USELESS SERVICE!

import all my contacts into the program with a little adjustment in the file format that went smoothly. I've found support to be good, though rarely needed. I'd recommend it to other business professionals who work at their desk for periods of time. Well done to designers of this product.

Fantastic Product - Easy to User and Straight to the Point – Does exactly as advertised, easy to implement, via API, through curl at terminal or just on the web. We have so far used it for a number of internal systems and every time it worked perfectly. Our main 2 use cases are notifications of system downtime and marketing to clients, in both applications SMSGlobal outperforms the competition.

A joke – We were a customer for a few years and although they had the odd outage and prices were higher than competitors they were generally acceptable. Then on 28 Feb 2018 they jumped the shark. Be careful Similar to Online SCAM programs – I have been using SMS Global for last 2 years for SMS to Email product in my Website, they charged me $454.57 and My Account has credit balance of $134.29. When I inquire about this to sms global support they denied anything wrong in their system and claimed that my sending format is wrong, but I told I sent a test message to my phone number (04xxx) I did received it (out of 3 in 10 is working that means over 70% not working). I have in my Database which one is successful or not. For last month July 2016, Out of 14 of 45 is sent correctly, 31 failed to sent but THEY charged me for that. Nor any reporting of any of these things on the portal nor they have any proof of this at all on their end and no reply on these issue I raised.

When I asked about the refunds story is fact that I agreed to terms and conditions therefore they can't refund anything AS per ACCC and FairTrading (that their excuse for not providing the service). I told them if they don't provide the service they agree to provide I don't need to make payments for nothing. But no reply back. Please beware of these con artists (this is no different to a scam program, that we pay money for nothing in return.)

This is hopeless! – They lie about why they have problems. Then say they have no problems. They charge for messages never delivered. The one good thing you can do is - do not use them!

Avoid at all costs – Completely hopeless. During the last 6 months I've had the misfortune of using this company they have overcharged my credit card on multiple occasions, can't get the auto top-up function to work (failed on 4 separate occasions despite assurances they had it sorted), take days to respond to email service requests and don't return phone calls. They are, in short, the pits. I'm only disappointed I can't give them 0 starts.

So far so good! – After reading about the issues these guys had 2 years ago I was apprehensive but they had the services and prices I needed so took the leap. The welcome tour is really helpful, the interface is easy to use and so far no issues with downtime or anything. Fingers crossed they've turned it around!

Good Service Works OK – I have been with these guys for a few years now and used them with several clients for marketing messages. Overall we've been happy with the service... however as noted by some, there was a rough patch towards the end of last year. This seems to of been resolved and this year we have experienced little difficulty, minus one occasion where the web platform under-going maintenance.

Vodaphone – Have been with this company about 18 months. The first 12 months were fine. Since late last year have not been able to send texts to Vodaphone. I have made many calls reading this issue and always the same answer...it is not their fault. They have a no refund policy. As soon as my credit has finished I am off. To all those thinking of using a sms company do yourself a huge favour, go elsewhere. Extremely unhappy

to refund and was told to read the terms and conditions. Warning to all - their support team have been trained to "solve" issues. If they are so confident that their services works, then refunding a small amount of credits should not be an issue. They are obviously cheating customers. Am really surprised that they are still allowed to operate.

About a year or so ago, they went to a new software platform called MXT, and migrated our account to the new platform without telling us. Until this point most things worked fine. would not send, their low credit system would not work, or we would get low credit notifications 3 days later. Reporting did not work. No one could fix any problems, it was a nightmare, we are a company that sends 100s of mission critical sms's a day. We have since left this company. Be very careful with them.

Terrible -Avoid this company – SMSGlobal certainly like passing the buck when problems arise. All my Vodafone customers do NOT receive their SMS appointment reminders. When I contact them, they say its Vodaphone not them. I explain to them that they receive my money not vodaphone. They are charging me for undelivered SMS's and doing nothing about it. ongoing since last last year (2014). I have asked for a refund to which they reply "we have no refund policy"- there are laws in this country so they can't just say that. So I have found them overall to be pathetic and dishonest
