"Travel" charger is not approved for carry-on despite the product page claiming that it is. I had the charger taken off me by airport security and binned when travelling. Reached out to Snapwireless support to tell them their mistake and I just got a nice 15% discount off my next charger. Website not updated and still claims approved for carry-on.

Love these products I have bought a few items from snapwireless and I use all of them. No more worries about bringing lots of charging cords away, keeping everything to a minimum. Great website to navigate with really helpful 'how to' videos. I have just bought the car charger and my task today is to install. This will be a great addition.

This is just such a great item for travel and also for use at home. I’ve used it so many times and it charges all my devices. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Amazing So useful . I had got my daughter the previous version and so when I purchased the upgraded version I was proud to show off the new features . Handy size . Fast charging , cute colours . Highly recommend !

DO NOT BUY! Product arrived faulty and took weeks to get a replacement, had to send video after video of 'the fault'. Replacement arrived broken as well!! Took another 3 weeks to get a shipping return label. They use AI for customer support so kept getting asked to do the same thing over and over! Finally when I got a 'human' it still took weeks to get my refund. For the price paid the product was poor quality.

agree with what others have said. very slow response, initially (maybe all?) via AI. i bought a powerpack less than a year ago, and it already has less than 50% of its initial capacity. very disappointed. wouldn't purchase again.

Incredible slow response and then they sent out the wrong item, instead of the replacement of the faulty item I ordered. Every email takes around 3 days for a response is not good enough. Live chat is non-responsive, and misleading by stating it takes a minute to respond on their website. It is now almost 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for my item to be replaced.

Perfect for travelling home and abroad This new charger / power bank design is great. Once charged just seperate the top charging part from the battery to save space and go out sightseeing for the day. The ability to charge multiple devices at once is great when you get home and plug it into to the PowerPoint for the next days adventures. The retractable charging cord is a great addition when charging and using the phone at the same time.

As usual all Snap products are excellent and definitely worth the money. We’ve made a couple of purchases recently and they were well priced and the items look great too. It’s one of those scenarios where you get what you pay for.

Grabbed this to hold my iPhone when using wireless CarPlay. Works beautifully. Holds tight, rotates, quality charging adaptor which is slim. Holds the vent really well with the new design. Highly recommended.

The product seems like a great idea but the quality is not good. After a few time of use, when recharging the power bank, it stock on a certain percentage and not getting back to 100% Contact customer support, requests for a retun, no response.

Have bought several charges from them over the years. But unfortunately their customer service is terrible. Upon reporting that my nano keyring charger was faulty, supported by video evidence. They don’t respond.

I purchased 2 tags. And they are still in warranty till end December approx . 1 tag paired and the second will not . I can’t even reset it . I asked for support and I was told how to pair them . My dock has stopped working properly after a year. It won’t charge and is beeping. Trying to get them to replace as it’s under warranty is a nightmare. [Name Removed] from their customer support team just keeps sending the same email over and over, absolutely useless.

Please be extremely wary of any promotions advertised by this company. advertise the names of the people who win their promotions. Please put 2 and 2 together and be extremely wary of ANY company advertising promotions like this. Please also be EXTREMELY wary of purchasing the additional offers made at the checkout. You may end up paying substationally more than things are worth. Don't be sucked in like I was.

False Marketing. They have this Black Friday sale, and the bit that said First 10 orders will get a full refund. and never get call or any sort of that I made one of the first 10 orders. Founders are based in SA, looks like this is a dirty scam and they just pick their close friends or relatives about this gimmick but come in guys you are deceiving customers with this false ad

Easy to use power pack This power pack holds a good amount of charge, enough to do my phone twice, and is easy to use. I like that it can charge two devices at once - I wish both USBC cables were extendable! Great for travel with the range of power adaptors

complaint with Snap, but it felt as though my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I was asked to charge the device again and provide photos of what was happening. Following their request caused further damage, and now my phone requires recharging every few minutes. I will likely need to purchase a new phone because of this.

Purchased a travel bag tracker using I Phone "Find my" app. Simple process to set up. While traveling overseas the bag tracker required to be charged every 4th day. Despite product information stating 6 months? I have also used then returning to Australia with the same outcome. Will stay with my trusty Apple tracker

original Nano I bought. I received a replacement & it was just as poor quality. I asked for a refund & was given it but with no accountability by the company. Only received gaslighting lies about how this is how the Nano is supposed to work. After my experience with my original Nano, I know this is a lie. It's a shame the quality of this company's products have deteriorated so much. I do not recommmend them anymore.

I’ve been looking for a power bank for a while and couldn’t decide on which one would suit my needs. Then came across Snap, with the ability to charge multiple devices at the same time I was sold and to get a second one free was a bonus. It’s a nice sleek design and not bulky so can carry it in a bag when out and about. Recently used it out of the country and did exactly what it says on the box.
