Comfortable and warm clothing in lovely colours. Prompt delivery. Great service. Will certainly buy again. Prices competitive for good quality product. Snowgum products bought previously have worn well from constant use.

a fault with a pair of boots purchased four years ago. They readily identified this as a manufacturing issue, and provided a full credit for the original cost. They are an excellent Australian company.

We are planning two big trips this year and we looked into Merino clothing to outfit the trips. We órdered a bunch of things from various companies to experiment and Snowgum came out tops. Best jacket & customer service – Hands down the most comfortable puffer jacket on the market. I searched for months to find the 'perfect puffer' that's not too bulky, not restrictive, has stretch, and down filled and I'm so thankful I found it!! puffer jacket. It arrived today, along with a coat for work. Both only $99 each. Amazing. Wore the puffer jacket to the local shops today (it was minus 4 this morning) and got too warm! I actually am looking forward to going to work tomorrow to try out my work coat. In the past they've helped me with sleeping bags for kids' school excursions, thermals, etc. Now - I can finally buy for myself and not the kids! I even bought two headlamps in advance of next Summer's SUP season (night paddles!). These guys are great.

Great tent for a great price – I purchased a Vigloo tent from Snowgum. I have used it for a week in Anglesea where it was wet and windy and it held up really well. It was excellent, definitely recommend.

Snowgum CADDIS 2 person tent – I have been on a camp for a week. It rained for 80% of the time. I was loving my new Snowgum Caddis. It is the perfect size as I am tall and I had a lot of gear. day it was easy to get my tent cooled down. It was also easy to set up and pack down. All round, the perfect tent for me.

Poor quality – Bought a pair of fleece pants and a pullover which pilled immediately. Very poor quality fabrics - Kmart quality at David Jones prices. I have had Snowgum gear in the past and been happy with it but not any more. I won’t be back.

Fantastic service! – Ordering more online during lockdown and Snowgum has been the best of the companies I have ordered from. Quick delivery every time and one garment that I sent back I was refunded for as soon as they received it. Good prices for quality outdoor wear.

Order cancelled and rude customer service – After ordering a jacket online I was sent an email saying my order had been cancelled. I rang them and spoke to a man who was rude to the point of aggression. Apparently they had decided to cancel my order because I had not supplied them with a mobile number. Happily, I ended by buying a much better, cheaper Mont Bell jacket when I went to Japan!

Snowum online shopping AMAZING – Information on the products online was sufficient to make my purchase choice, and when the product arrived 3 days later it filled all my expectations. Definitely recommend Snowgum online shopping.

Worst Customer Service Ever - Worst PR Ever - Worst Reply To Enquiries Ever – My order was cancelled, with no notification, no advice - when I enquired as to where my item (after a month of waiting) I was basically "told off" for using an invalid voucher code (which their website accepted) - to cap it off, my loyalty program membership with them was terminated by them ! The reason given for my order cancellation is even more of a joke - basically the store determined that I found their published voucher code online (rather than reading about it in the newspaper) - after making this determination of how I came to be in possession of their voucher code they cancelled my order AND my entire "loyalty" club membership.

I am no rocket scientist but I am pretty sure this is no way to run a business.
